Prices really aren't too great anymore. Customer service has really gone down hill, when I am in town I go to other grocery stores because I just don't feel like dealing with the customer service there. For example they poked a hole in the raw chicken I bough and proceeded to bag it with vegtables. It leaked all over them and when I nicely asked for another bag they acted like I was asking them for the biggest favor ever. Ended up throwing the bread and other contaminated food out because I didn't want to risk food poisoning.

The staff in Dixon, Ca and Davis, Ca were personable and willing to try to order items they aren't normally carrying. Cashiers personable too. Nice selection, with excellent prices on name brand items that cost too much at other known bigger chains. Thank you Grocery outlet

Nice location with tons of parking. And they variety and quality of items was mind blowing. Store is smaller then other grocery outlets I have been to but with out a doubt has the best selection of items with mind blowing low prices. They even sell a large variety of adult beverages including huge wine selection.

It’s a grocery outlet so on that level it’s fine.But watch out for deceptive stuff: I recently saw a sign indicating a price for 3lbs of onions when the bag is only 2lbs. I decided to weigh it on a whim and was surprised.Or I recently had a weird small charge on my receipt for something I didn’t buy and only noticed when I got home. It makes me wonder how much advantage is being taken by the owners on their customers. Hopefully they see this and know that someone is paying attention.

The cashier name Mark never helped in putting the items in the grocery plastic bags and asked me to do his job and to put them insteadand he never helped actually it was a bad experience different from his colleagues.amd I changed my rating from 5 to 3 because of his way in dealing with us as customers .

This has been my go-to grocery store ever since they opened in town: great selection of quality foods at exceptional prices and friendly staff. Over the past several months, however, I noticed a change in inventory for the better, but quality control and value pricing seem to be gone. The prices have gone up to the point that conventional stores are competitive with shopping here. I used to shop with confidence that foods, including fresh produce, would last for a week or more. Now I get home and either find things spoiled in the can, like condensed milk that must have been left in the heat, or perishables like bread or veggies that go moldy within a few days. Between the higher prices and lack of quality control, I'm not sure it's worth the limited savings. If this situation doesn't right itself , I will likely return to Safeway as my go-to.

In terms of the actual store, this is a very average and normal grocery outlet. The selection was medium, but the prices were fantastic. But it was the people here that really stood out. I had a really hard day today. But the man working the checkout was so kind and friendly, and it really lifted my spirits. I'm not sure his name, but he had longish hair and maybe a bit of an accent? On top of just being a good cashier, he asked about my day and wished me good luck on my finals. He seemed like he wanted to have an actual conversation, but also wasn't intrusive or pushy and didn't let it slow his work. It was very cool of him. - I'd also like to take this moment to apologize to anyone who saw me sobbing in the parking lot. I realize I was loud (oops). I saw several people who saw me, and some were wearing employee shirts. As I said, it was a hard day.
