Training went smoothly once I figured out which wooden post to get the lock key from - suggestion put only one lock key and simplify the written instructions - add the suit lock code after the main door lock key number ( in sequence of access to the site). Otherwise finished the course in 20 minutes- all good

Easy to book easy to find Called help line once at person on others end was great .only problem was a mani on that was not consistent tested my patience more than my skills. But I prevailed . Great site
