Short of physically doing the labor on my old Ford, the guys here have been integral in getting it back on the road. Excellent advice on diagnosing problems, product recommendations, and general maintenance. They've saved me thousands of dollars, and I've learned so much in the process. It's great to have knowledgeable, experienced, and enthusiastic help just down the road.

I bought $150 snow chains, they looked dusty and a bit old but the staff assured me they were in great condition. A few days later the chains were installed and the left set of chains was manufactured poorly with a loose link, causing the left tire to be loose, loud, and dangerous on the snow. A week later I went to return the chains with the receipt and I was refused a return as they had been used. Horrible service and horrible customer care, don't shop here.

They were incredibly friendly and helpful in getting the car sorted. (Windshield wipers and hood issue) Really appreciate the extra tips they taught us. Will def come back if we have any other issues. Highly recommend!

NAPA in Davis has quickly become my favorite auto supply store. I don't know about the parent company, but the people at this little store off of Olive are always reliable, helpful and friendly. Can't find a part? They always do within 24 hours. Something's missing from the box? Replacements no problem. Typically the best prices around and reliable service.

Have done business here before, really helpful, but just bought another car battery, same as last battery, tried to return but was told it was electrical, probably why it didn't last long, disappointed

I had problems finding the right type of windshield wipers and over the last two days went to the Davis location, W. Sacramento location, and today back to the Davis location. Abdullah helped me and he was great! He ended up returning, replacing, and then putting new ones on for me. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help all while staying calm despite staff shortages. I wanted to write to make sure his manager Adrian and corporate know that his customer service was wonderful and that he should be recognized. These days it can be hard to find people wanting to earnestly help customers. I am very appreciate. Thank you again and I will always come here for my car needs.

My car wouldn't start when I was at the gas station across the street from Napa in Davis. One of the guys at Napa (wish I could remember his name) was incredibly kind and helpful. It was right before closing, but he came over, tried jumping my car, then ran a test on the battery. It was completely dead. He found the right battery for my car, came back to the gas station, took out the old battery and installed the new one. He went above and beyond - thank you!

I walked over to the store and one of the guys working there (wish I could remember his name) was incredibly kind and helpful. We needed a new trailer hitch ball quickly. Two Napa employees got right on it. It wasn't an easy job since the original hitch ball was very difficult to remove. These two guys were persistent and creative, trying different solutions until it worked. They didn't even make much money on the new part, which they installed carefully. We would highly recommend them! They go above and beyond expectations!

I understand NAPA can't buy parts as cheap as Joe Blow auto parts, but do they have to be 50% and more than every one else?? Especially Jessie in Mission Texas. I like NAPA parts but I can't afford to pay twice for the same time.

Went here a while back to get some replacement brake light bulbs. Spoke to the guy at the counter and gave my make and model etc. and he said grab X bulbs, they'll work. I checked out and went on my way. Covid hits, so I'm no longer commuting to work so my car has been sitting forever. Finally get around to putting in the bulbs this morning only to find that the ones they spec'd actually don't fit so I go back this afternoon wanting to exchange the bulbs. I'm told since I opened it I can't return them, I explained I don't want to return them, I just want to exchange them for the right ones. Even willing to buy more expensive LED ones and pay the difference. Nope. They refused. Said they wouldn't exchange or let me put the value towards better bulbs even though they were the ones who told me to get the wrong ones originally since it's been so long. I understand not getting a refund but no exchange or credit towards more expensive ones?! Literally trying to give them more money. I left and went to O'Rileys down the street. Just to make sure I asked them what bulbs I needed and they spec'd the right ones. Bought the more expensive LED option from them and tossed the Napa ones in the trash as they are about the same value to me as I am as a customer to them. These guys apparently can't even spec bulbs right when they're sitting in front of a computer. Not going to trust them with any of my other automotive needs. Shame too. I did like the AAA discount but I'm willing to pay more elsewhere out of principle.
