Usually pretty good but I can't understand how their outside drawer can be broken for months st a time. This seems like a 1 hour job. Makes me feel like rite aid doesn't care about its customers, especially older, who want to use the drive through.

WASTING MY TIME!!!!! Scheduled a COVID-19 booster vaccine online and after I wait for like 20 mins tell me the vaccine is not defrosted so either I wait 2HOURS or come back the next day. Ok then THEY TOLD ME TO COME BACK AT 6pm on the next day, but when I came they told me the physician JUST went on lunch so I need to wait 30mins.WTF?????? I spend 1 hour each on these days try to get my vaccine down but it just wasted my time. They told me they don't check the system so they won't defrosted any vaccine ahead of time. The statement given was that the doctor had completely forgotten about the appointment with me. Not only the management of this rite aid is very confusing, but the doctor is also SUPER irresponsible and NEVER keep serious about appointments. The physician's name is TRAM PHAM. Avoid this place and physician if you don't want waste time for NOTHING

Wasted my f****** time! I tried to be responsible and get a test cause I was exposed. and they said they could not because of my insurance which is complete b******** And they wasted my time in line which THEY SAW ME WAITING FOREVER and me go outside in the drive through of which they FORGOT about me! And it was ridiculous! Why do I even try to do the right thing and take a f****** test!

The worse pharmacy I ever dealt with, there’s always a problem when I need to pick up my meds. They answer the phone and put you on hold and never come back or D/C the call. Very frustrating and disappointing to deal with this pharmacy, especially when they have people working there and don’t bowl what the Hell their doing. I walk in with my insurance cards, and they look at them and give them back to me, don’t check the system of add my info in because of the new year. Insurance info changes yearly depending what insurance you have and they don’t care to do the job correct. I only go here because it’s close to my house and I thought it would be convenient. I have more anxiety when it’s time to pick up my meds, Knowing it’s going to be a big problem.

Prescriptions don't get filled after being dropped off. Say they'll call your doctor for refills but don't. Put you on hold when you call and never answer. Have to inform them when I've paid ahead of time because they never seem to notice at first. Always a very long line to pickup a prescription. Go anywhere else.

Had to do a PCR Covid test for travel purpose. Arrived at the date and time of appointment only to be notified then that the test is unable to do due to whatever reason. Caused me a big schedule mess-up. Please for your own sake avoid this pharmacy.

Store was clean, staff was friendly but be careful with the homeless hanging outside the store, Little scary, they're aggressive when begging for money.

My Rite Aid experience is so so so different from those listed below. While a bit short staffed, the pharmacy folk have been professional, helpful, and always ready to help. The pharmacist is the world's best giver of shots.

For those that signeded up online for a COVID test know that their drive through windows "broken and it's a glitch in the system lets you book it"I booked a test 2 weeks before my cruise only to find out the day of my test it's been broken with no sign online or anything.Now I'm scrambling to find a testing site before I leave.

Terrible service. Scheduled a COVID test here online and when I got here, no one is available for the test, just a sign that says "no Covid testing." When I called? I couldn't reach the pharmacy for 10 minutes. I finally called the front and they said they didn't know why they can't do testing and that I'd have to talk with them. Forwarded me to them and another 20 minutes on hold and I gave up.Stay away

Rite Aid south Davis is chronically understaffed unable to cope with their load of prescriptions - has to be line for over 20 min to be told that the prescription was not ready despite the automatic notification received prior - pharmacist called me personally to apologize and told me the prescription was ready but I would not drive back and be in line again - next day back in the line again for 20 min. Unbelievable just for a refill pickup. So outdated and out of touch with our modern world!

The pharmacy here is the WORST service ever. They will have almost no one in line and still not assist you. They will have a huge line and still take so long to assist you. I've stood in line while being the third in line, took 30 minutes only to arrive to get helped and my medication was not ready even though they said they would have it ready after a specific time. WORST service.

Sub par service. The pharmacy staff almost never answer the phone, and when they do they put you on hold and don't return to the phone. Also, one of their workers racially profiles customers. He's done it to me twice. I rarely write reviews, particularly negative ones, but this Rite Aid almost always guarantees a bad experience for me. I hope other people don't have similar experiences.

They seem never answer the call. I have called them many times either nobody answered the phone at all or I was told to hold then no one comes back to me for 35 minutes. As I am writing this I am still on hold. Think I could almost sing the songs they put on hold period for listening them so long time. Turns out I still have to go in even if I just want to ask a question. If nothing accidentally happen for your prescription then they work just fine. However, luck is needed even if some small unexpected thing happened during the whole procedure
