The staff at this store have very little training and fewThey want to serve people, they always do what they want with customers and close the store early. They are supposed to close at 6:00 pm and they go several times that I go and it is already closed at 5:00 pm

I went here to get assistance regarding network issues. The staff was really undereducated regarding the products at the store and was aware of prices, offers and warranty regarding products. They asked me to purchase sim card of their network. After I did, hoping that network issues will resolve, the staff didn’t give a heed once the payment was done. The network still sucked. The manager as well as the staffs are fraudulent and don’t bother about their customers. A similar issue has occurred previously with one of my colleagues who visited this store.Just one line disclaimer: visit the store at your own risk as nothing is going to be resolved here.

The thing I regret most is opening a new plan here! They dont know anything, just want to sell but cant solve any problems for customers. They print the wrong labels for shipping trade phone, I come for check it they say they dont know. Everytime i come for help they always say call 611.

This is by far the worst T-Mobile in the area ! I arrived here after previously going to two other locations and was redirected here due to them having the cellphone I needed ! The store was about to close in 30 minutes and they made sure to continuously make sure I was aware they were about to close ! The manager yelled 30minutes , 20 minutes 15minutes from across the store as he checked his watch repeatedly & the store associate was assisting me ! I already knew which cell phone I wanted but needed and upgrade ! I am unsure of the associates name but she was a pretty, young Hispanic woman with dark hair ! I asked her multiple times if I would be required to make monthly payments & she assured me I did not have any payments with the upgrade ! I was not given the adequate information and was just hit with a $200 phone bill ! My phone was not set up , I was not assisted at all with my device and I was told to exit the store and figure it out myself due to them closing after 48hours of set up I find out I was manipulated I previously had an 11 and wanted to just upgrade if I knew I would have monthly payments I would have upgraded to a 14 versus a 12 ! Now I am halfway across the country unsatisfied and I am unable to return the phone due to the purchase being a month old ! Obviously staff should be re-educated on product sale & education of products to customers ! I wish I could rate 0 stars !

I specifically told them “please do not add protection 360” to my new iPhone. 3 days later I get a text from t mobile saying I have it. These chumps at the store added it to my account even though we specifically discussed not adding it. They just wanted to meet their sales quota, I guess. Anyways, not trustworthy employees here. ??

I love T-MobileI'm a customer for 20 years and it was always a pleasure to get into any of their storesUntil I went into the Davis store.I came in to upgrade 3 phonesI never even got to this part.Immediately I was given the feeling the lady is doing me a favor to even speak with me.And her peers were playing along with herRude and unprofessional is anunderstatement.I am planning to stay in T-Mobile as it is a great company but someone better check this place as I'm sure they lose customers.

The worst T-Mobile store ever. Employees are definitely not trained at all. I asked for an internet device back in October 2022, returned in 4 days which is included in the 14 days of free trial. However, the T-Mobile internet was obviously not closed properly, and I got charged and it is still haunting me today because of their initial incompetence in their job.

The kids who work here are just that, kids. More concerned with the music playing than the customer in front of them. Never had a good experience with this branch.
