If you want to print documents, don't do it here. They don't accept pen-drives (they pretend to try and it doesn't work, like that with 3 pen-drives), they tell you it doesn't work so you can send it to them by email and they charge you $3 to send it to them. Then the printing prices are incredibly expensive. I will not come back!

Dropped off an Amazon return here. Really friendly and helpful crew working here. In and out very fast. Much better than the MU as far as access.

THEY LOST MY $2500 PC!IF YOU PLAN TO USE THEIR SUMMER STORAGE PROGRAM PLEASE READ!I am an international student and had to go back home for the summer. Due to having to move out of my old apartment, I entrusted UPS to store all of my belongings. This includes an Alien Ware PC worth $2500.After going back to the US and receiving my package, my PC was not in the boxes. I had it wrapped around a blanket with doggy paws on it, and the blanket was gone too. I have contacted them many times, even went for an offline visit. They told me to send them my PC information and they’ll try and find it, but it has been a month and every time I give them a call, they told me that they’re “finding” for it.If you have highly valuable items, don’t trust UPS to be able to keep it for you.Very disappointed.

Incredibly terrible folks. They first lost my package and had no records of it ever being shipped through them, I had to ask their higher ups who then got it sent back to me and I was never notified of it. They scheduled a pick-up from my place but the pickup never happened. They have the audacity to decline my calls and their idiotic customer service receiver pretends not to understand my tracking number. The worst ever. Never again.

The workers here are incredibly rude and smug and said they do not expect business in the future. No bussiness has ever treated me like the way they treated me. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Christy was very rude and unhelpful with an Amazon return. I brought in a boxed item that had a QR code for a package and print at store return. She argued stating she wouldn't take the return because the cardboard was too thin and the box was too small. When I explained that there are no specifications on UPS or Amazon website, she refused and said she'd only take it if it was in a bigger and thicker which seemed completely arbitrary to her own rules.

This location is unfortunately no longer usable if you drive a car. This UPS store is supposed to have three dedicated parking spaces, however for the last few months people who live in the apartments above this store have been leaving their vehicles in the UPS store parking spaces all day. I asked why and staff said that they no longer enforce parking. So that's it. There is no way to get to this store except by bike or bus, and that's not convenient when you have a lot of boxes. I suspect that when the UPS franchise owner discovers that sales are down, perhaps they will begin to enforce parking for their customers again.
