Unfortunately, in the four years I've had Xfinity (the only choice where I live in Davis, until this month) here's how I'd rate the experience . . .Reliability: 3.5 out of 5Customer Service 1 out of 5Cost 0 out of 5Raises the cost for wi-fi, every year, without notice, by 20% - 40%. Insane. No phone numbers posted on their website. No way to cancel service online (I removed all payment methods as I now have a much better service in place) They instruct you to write a letter to an address in Pennsylvania, or to cancel in one of their stores (presumably with router in hand, though they don't say as much) The disregard for their customers beggars belief.

Super shady with the non-stop price increases and now what’s worse is they started throttling down my internet speeds in the hopes that I’ll pay to upgrade. I’m paying for 55 mbs and instead getting less than 10. And of course, there’s no easy way with this company to raise a complaint or get any help. Xfinity is the absolute epitome of a dishonest and evil corporation. How do people work there in good conscience?

Staffs here are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I went there last Friday to open up a new account because they have a new lane promotion going on. Person who helped only trying to take your information and get the new lane opened. He was not answering all my questions about how the promotion works nor even look at me. Never come to this location or you’ll get scammed!

Xfinity is unable to unlock phones when calling customer service. They will tell you that you will get an email in 24 hours. This process has been repeated 5 times. I was promised by end of day. Nothing. No help. Empty promises. Staff can't see previous calls made. They asked us to start a new ticket to give them another 48 hours. No phone for 23 days and counting. Stores also unable to help. They cheerfully give you a phone number that this time will work. No. Not working.

Horrible customer service, agent seemed like they don’t want to be there. Made me feel like a nuisance when I was trying to purchase a new phone. These people are the opposite of salesmen

The argent here is sooooo bad that they will scare you with all the terms you don’t understand and trick you buying extra plans that you don’t need. Just do all the work on the web, they are fraud in the shop. BTW, you can cancel the extra things online afterwards. That’s how I did.

I have had the absolute worst experience with Xfinity mobile. I called about a question on my bill and I was told that being a platinum member that I was eligible for some new phone a Samsung Galaxy and I was told that the phone was completely free as a promo and that I would receive my internet at a lower price if I accepted the phone although the phone was free. I should have known better but they worded it in a way where it seemed like I was paying too much for my internet and why not get lower internet and a free phone because I've been a platinum customer for so long now.. turns out I returned the phone and sent back to the warehouse and I was told on several occasions that my account would be closed as far as the Xfinity mobile part and I do have their internet service but they have not closed this account and every month they are telling me that I need to submit payment information for a phone that I no longer have. I may have to get an attorney because it's ruining my credit don't ever ever except anything that Xfinity Mobile tells you I like the Comcast internet for internet services but that Xfinity mobile service is the worst I have ever seen or experienced in my life it is cost me so much stress and they just sent me an email on the 19th saying that I needed to pay for a phone and service that I no longer have. Isn't that illegal?

I visited this store. And needed my pin to transfer services. For the mobile phone. Anyways. They couldn't give it to me even with my California id. I requested a supervisor and conveniently he takes a one hour lunch. I already had canceled my Wi-Fi because of they can't get the bill right and I have to watch them so they don't charge me an extra hundred for two months they did this. I sign a contract and I was told an end of the day price. They lied. And the lady that helped me today. Needs a new job she looks miserable.
