I visited this location at the beginning of March, they have a female cashier, who doesn't speak English at all, which is annoying. Because if you ask for something, she can't understand you at all. I went to pay for my items, but my card declined, so I checked my account and tried again, as I am trying again, as I am trying again, she takes the receipt that didn't go through, started yelling at shoving the receipt in my face, I tried telling her to calm down! She had no right to shove the receipt in my face like that. I know it declined, it said it on the dam machine. What I won't understand is why they have someone who doesn't speak English/English and Spanish. It's annoying going somewhere and they only speak Spanish. I am American, I don't need to learn Spanish, I have my English, you come to America to learn English. Plus, when they ring you up, they charge you for a bag right away. they don't ask they assume, I have to say, don't you see the bag in my bag? they apologize. I say instead of assuming, why don't you open your mouth and ask? It isn't that hard, they always charge for a bag. Also, I believe they're racist here, I go in to get Dutches wraps because I smoke. I go in and pick the one I want. They ask me for my ID, and when I go with a friend, they never ask for her ID which is wrong. Or sometimes they ask for your ID after you make the purchase. I just walk out. They get upset, it's like if you did your job right in the first place, you wouldn't have problems. Like last week, my mom and I went inside, and she asked for wraps. The guy asked for ID, I hand him mine, and he looks at us. and while scanning the ID, he asked, " who is this for."? I took my ID back and said, none of your fucking business! I am a paying customer, were not friends or anything. none of your business who is buying them. I just want my item and I can leave. Like what the hell is that about, don't question the customer, just do your job and let us leave.

This is my go to store every day after work for the past 4 yrs everyone there is nice and friendly especially the owners which they know me and my family very well. But today I was very disappointed with the new guy that is a cashier for the past few times I been here and he’s there he always gives me attitude for no reason and always seems very unhappy to be there working. I’m still going to come here but if I see him working I just won’t buy anything and just go somewhere else. He hardly speaks English well or don’t seem to understand it well either.

First and last time visiting this location. I usually have a great experience coming into circle k, but this guy who I don't know his name didn't speak English very well and decided to charge me extra for the cheese on my nachos. I asked him why he was charging me extra and he mumbled something. My $2.99 nachos ended up being close to $5. I didn't realize it until after I given him the cash and I asked him and he kept mumbling to himself. Unacceptable. Beware, this employee of the year candidate is going to charge you extra for cheese! Isn't it implied if you're buying nachos it's to come with cheese? This Jack hole didn't think so!

I live a few houses away from this store, I’m here on a daily basis sometimes I go in 3 or 4 times in a day and it never fails then whoever is working as a wonderful attitude is more than helpful and I’ve gotten to know all of the employees that work there and we literally will stand there and talk for a few minutes each time about family and friends and things that happened that day it’s a great place stop in and see it by something up the community kids know the people that work there you won’t regret it

This place used to be my daily stop on the way home. I give up. I walked in today and there was a person wearing no mask at the soda dispenser. I walked up to the counter to ask for a cup, in need of the clerk or the customer at the counter wearing a mask. I don't care what your political view is on mask wearing it's the law to wear one inside especially a place that handles food and drink.

The cashier in the morning with the red hair and glasses is always very friendly. She has a great attitude and always helps when I can’t find something. The gentleman with the beard is always extremely friendly as well . Good customer service will always bring me back
