Love the way tiffney does my nails ? only nail shop that takes their time with their customers. They abide with you appointments and are so nice. Also prices beat most nail spots prices here in downey.

i came as a walk in and i got the royalty pedicure i think is what it's called and i 10/10 recommended the nice gentleman started off by greeting me which i appreciated and the sugar scrub massage was so relaxing i could tell that he was really taking his time and he said thank you multiple times what an angel im the one who should be thanking him

I want to start by saying thank you to Julie for helping me today 07/13/23. I called right when they opened and she took me as walk inn! All the staff is very nice and have excellent customer service!! The spa is beautiful, clean and smell wonderful! The reason for my bad review is due to bad, uneven and patchy nails. I came in for a pedicure which was wonderful thank you Julie! My dissatisfaction and disappointment is with my full set. I asked for square and narrow. I am not picky and dont consider my self a rude person but I like a good job like any one else. Tiffany was doing my nails.I saw her cut and file the nail into coffin on the right hand and square narrow and coffin on my left hand. I pointed it out and told her mama this hand is not the same as this one look this 2 fingers are coffin and this one is not. I recall telling her " because I don't like coffin". She answered " oh no it's because it's not done yet when I do fill and powder I'll be good" i let her do her job and " trusted the process". When she finished i examined my nails. She saw me examining my nails. Yet that didn't make her inquire or double check her work I still didn't say nothing because I thought to myself maybe many years of bad nail techs or bad experiences it's making me see things where they are not. She asked me what color I wanted and I told her I wanted French tip. She did the French tip. She went ahead and painted the French tip as she placed the white polish to create the tip. You could see the lumps that remained from the polish and filing and also from the powder she didn't know I knew.it needed to fix it as you can see in the picture, some nails are squavel, some nails are coffin, some nails are square narrow. The whole left-hand nails is longer than the whole right hand nails. I called Julie after paying my bill and I showed her. The look on her face showed that she was embarrassed and ask Tiffany to come but I told her not to call her but the job was not done correctly and that I wasn't happy I showed her what mistakes I was referring to And explained the fact that I cannot stay over for Tiffany to fix it. I really couldn't stay. I had to run to work. I was very pissed and cried in the car because my birthday is tomorrow and I have a party to go to. The set is fresh and it's impossible to fix with out being at the spa for hours. I am beyond disappointed I don't understand why nail techs lack good work ethics and professionalism. They feel like clients shouldn't complain or notice a bad nails because we don't have the "experience" but we don't need experience to see a bad job being done. I don't consider my self an arrogant person and definitely respect their job! Please use pictures as reference man's if you ever come to this place make sure you get what you paid for!!!! No one should go home with nails they don't like or want!

Great customer service. They remember and recognize me and care about the quality of the nails they leave and are willing to fix mistakes. They give discounts on the services they offer so you can try out the service. I cannot emphasize how great this place is compared to so many others I have been too. They have so many options ranging from colors and styles. They offer chrome, cat eye, and so much more ! (also they did not file my nails because I asked, just informing in case you dislike the filing job)

So far so good! Got my nails done and my toes. Going back to get my toes done again! Love the options they have for the pedicure. I can't get my nails done with the type of job I have. I will splurge on my toes then!

You don't need an appointment , but call and ask for Julie. She does a great job with pedicures and manicures. The only reason I give one star is because the owner seems to be rude to her workers. Not sure if all staff uses clean working tools. It is a salon with good potential. It has about 4 massage chairs for pedicures and 4 tables for manicures.

I came here after the horrible experience I got at Lola's nail bar. Kathy (Tiffany) was actually able to fix my "almond shape" nails. She even noticed it was bad work on my previous nails. But I left happy. Thank you for fixing my nails.

Probably the worst nail salon I've ever been to! Weird service, unpleasant atmosphere, terrible nails, and it took over 2 hours. Don't go!!!!! Never coming back.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would . I came in here at 11am it seemed as they had just opened and I was the only person in the place at first the atmosphere seemed nice & the nail tech Julie was nice they started working on my nails and pedicure around 11:10 and I left at 1:30 usually I wouldn't mind if the nail tech is taking her time to assure excellent results but this was NOT the case . I'm not sure why my pedicure took more than an hour and a half and my nails as well this is the longest time I've ever sat in a chair while doing my nails again I wouldn't mind of the nails came out great but my nails are LITERALLY the ugliest , clumpiest , thick and horrific nails I've ever had . The lady Julie who was doing my nails was in such a hurry towards the end when adding the powder and polishing for idk what reason when she had already taken over an hour on my nails. When applying the powder to my nails I can tell she didn't know what she was doing and she herself knew the nails would be a disaster . She began to file them down and they were still so clumpy at this point I was so frustrated I couldn't even bare to look at these ferocious nails so I just allowed her to continue in hopes that maybe by some miracle they'd come out looking okay that was not the case. When finally doing the French tip she was on her phone texting her appointment and was not paying attention and messed up my nails even more . My nails are clumpy with lint stuck on them because she wasn't paying attention or allowed my nails to dry . I WILL NEVER come here and I hope no one else will .100 dollars thrown to the trash because my toes also look like crap! I will attach photos of my inspo pic and what I actually got
