Bought some shoes and tees here and everything was going good. Good costumer service but when it was time to check out I paid with 200 hundred dollar bills and I was handed a fake 50 dollar bill as change. When I went back into the store to ask if they can check it for me, she responded with I only have 1s and 5s. That wasn't what I asked but I told her just give me 5s then and she opened the money drawer and took out two 20s and two 5s. I guess I just looked like a fool to them.

Watch out on fees -1. $15 order cancellation fee even if you cancel right after ordering.2. You cannot return in their physical store.3. For returns $15 processing fee, shipping fee is non-refundable and you have to pay the return shipping as well on your own.

I loved the customer service and the overall experience. Brenda was very nice and helpful. She really made the experience great. She helped me and my family find the shoes we were looking for. She deserves a raise for her great customer service.

I buy shoes at Shoe Palace all the time. Their prices on Jordan's are reasonable, and they always have some type of deals on clothing. Yesterday I came in and I got great service from Emma! She not only answered my questions, but because a sweatshirt was out of stock, she called another location and found my size. Awesome service! Keep up the great work, Emma!

This establishment is one of the very best . Emilio was very helpful and very and informative on the shoes. as well as the other staff made me feel at home. Very friendly and they had the jams goin. I will definitely be coming back to this location for shoes def a dope vibe made me feel good about purchasing my kicks. keep up the good work!

Let's start with...Emilio. My wife purchased a pair of shoes for me at this location 2 days ago. Unfortunately she got the wrong size, she gave me a gift receipt along with it in case I needed to exchange it since she wasn't sure about the size. She was explained ( also by Emilio when she first bought the shoes) that I could exchange them at any of their locations. This morning we went to different stores trying to find my size and had no luck, we went to their other location by Firestone and Paramount and by this point we were annoyed that we couldn't find my size anywhere so we asked for a refund.They told us that since we didn't have the original receipt and only the gift receipt that they could only do exchanges and not refunds, they said we could go to the original place of purchase and that they could pull from the gift receipt the original receipt to give me the refund. They even highlighted the number that was needed to pull the original receipt. When we got there Emilio right away got all defensive and said that he could only do exchanges or give us store credit. What good is to me store credit if they don't have shoes that fit me? I told what they told us at the other location and he still refused to help. He told me that without the original receipt he couldn't do it. I asked him 3 times if with the number highlighted on the gift receipt by the other store manager he could pull the original receipt and he refused to answer my clear asked question and kept giving me attitude and the run around. At this point he got me upset and annoyed, I asked him to put on the phone the store manager, he asked me to wait, went to the back, and just like that he said he was going to do it and give me the refund like he's doing us a favor. After this experience I will most definitely not purchase anything from this store nor I recommend it to anyone else. This kid put me in a bad mood unnecessarily. He needs proper training and needs to improve his customer service skills, listening, understanding and communicating as well.

My son and I visited Shoe Palace on Friday, 1/27/23, and like always, we received the best customer service. We called first to see if they had a size we needed, and I believe i spoke with Emily. She helps and places the shoe on hold. When we got there, Emily had to leave, and then right away, we were helped by Emilio. He was so kind to my son. Tied up my shoe laces like how the kids wear them now a days. Lol. Thank you Shoe Palace !!! You made a teenage boy very happy !

I was attempting to find the og true blue Jordan's and had called tons of places . As a last resort decided to try Shoe palace in Stonewood mall . Best call ever made ! The most awesome sales rep name Emma answered . Emma told me to slow down no need to rush and she had the size I needed . When I came in the store she remembered our conversation and had the shoes ready . I will definitely come back just on the strength of her .... I wish Shoe Palace was in eye sight or in a more frequent part of the mall not hidden.

I came into buy my bf shoes for his birthday, ended up leaving with 2 pairs of shoes for him and 2 for myself! I'm not a big sneaker person but Emma and Des were so knowledgeable and helpful i felt at home! I will be back for sure just because of them! Thanks guys!

Took my business elsewhere. I walked into the store and went to the Jordan's section , then I walked to the back of the store and never once helped by an employee. It was early Saturday morning and not very busy, some of the employees were standing and talking to each other. I went back to the shoe section I wanted and no one came to help. I stood there hoping to buy shoes but they didn't want my money. I walked out and bought the shoes online at Nike.com
