I have never had an issue before in this particular store , i came to exchange my son's pants and this Brandy woman had the most rudest attitude. I didn't have a receipt so i asked her if their any way she can pull up the receipt in her system, didn't even try to assist me i asked her if i could exchange the pants for a bigger size she said no because it was more expensive ok......I'll pay the difference what's the problem . She didn't even try I could have given my phone number or email address and they could have easily found me.

Rude customer service I called over the phone to ask if I can get an even exchange on shoes that I bought that were 30 bu is and online I seen them for 18 the girl over the phone told me to just bring receipt and when I get to the store they want the physical shoe which I didnt bring the girl over the did didn't tell me to bring the shoes so the girl at the store britney talked to me with such attitude I told brit.ey o the girl over the phone didnt ask me to bring the shoes she was talking to me loud and rude she shouldn't work with customers if she has attitude hope they dont have her in registry and I will call Corp on her.

Wonderful customer service.I did not realize the new store hours and Entered the store close to closing and they were extremely helpful. I realized I left my keys after the store was closed and they answered the phone and they met me at the door with my keys.

Never had a issue purchasing at this store staff is great. As for the return policy never had a issue because once I get home I try the clothing on and if it doesn't fit I keep my receipt and return it ASAP usually the same week. Understandably if I don't have a receipt or waiting pass the 45 days obviously the return wouldn't go as planned. As I said customer service here has always worked for me basic sense you act rude they act rude

Be careful what you buy. Try every piece of clothing. I tried one jean on my daughter and bought other colors in the exact same style and size and they fit super loose. Couldn't exchange them because I threw out the tags being confident that they would all fit. They dont take exchanges without the tags.

Filthy mess! Completely unorganized! Shouldn't there be a closing staff to rearrange store before next day opening?! Staff is slow, and store messy did not make me want to shop. Walked out, rather shop online or elsewhere!

Dirty, unorganized and absolutely NO customer Service. Literally, no clothes were on racks or folded. Clothes piled on top of each other on the floors. I have never witnessed such messiness. Walked in And walked right out!!

Return policy is ridiculous. My daughter received clothes as gift from this place for christmas but they won't issue any type of store credit unless you have proof ofpurchase. They will treat you like a thief unless you have a receipt basically. And you will have to go look for the size you need at other stores if they dont have the exchange size. Waste of time!

My friend recommended this store to buy my childrens clothes. Honestly they had really good deals. Alot of sales on the clothes and shoes. I filled up my basket and i only spent $100 in total. This store is very nice and clean. All thw clothes is very organized.

I tried returning pants from Christmas with receipt and was told I can only do an even exchange for the same item and color. Explain to me how I can do an even exchange if I want to return the biggest size they carry. Lupe was a little rude and made it seem like if I stole the f****** pants even though I had the receipt. So I went and picked out different pairs of pants even though I didn't know who I was going to give them to, when I asked for a gift receipt she told me she "sorry you can't have one" I guess I won't be shopping here anymore. Maybe they need to update their return/exchange policy, and offer their employees costumer service classes.
