Purchased a car here Nov 2023. Special shout-out to Richard Enriquez, who took care of me during the entire process. They worked tirelessly in finding a solution for me. Honesty in a dealership is what most of us want above just about anything else and this dealership delivered. Very happy with my car and the sales process. Highly recommended. Ask for Richard.

Had a horrible experience at Glendale Ford dealer. So glad I called the one in Duarte!! Alejandro and Maria were so kind and professional! Did my recall service, arranged my ride home and later dropped off of my truck, and even washed it despite not getting paid a dime! Glendale did a 10 minute service that they said might take 90 minutes; charged me $115, and didn’t offer me a ride or wash my truck. And they wouldn’t do the recall service because they “didn’t have time”. Go to a dealer who treats you like a valued customer!

I live in Arcadia. For many years, I've been taking my vehicles to Advantage Ford in Duarte for service. I've always been satisfied with the service there and the service representatives as well. I just learned that the dealership has changed owners and is now Envision Motors. Many times with ownership changes comes many other changes which aren't always favorable. I guess time will tell as to whether the changes under the new ownership are favorable or not. I hope as a result of this new ownership change that many there will not lose their positions. I really hope some of the services such as free shuttle service to your home or work while your vehicle is being serviced does not go away. Actually that service is one of the main reasons I've had my vehicles serviced at Advantage Ford. If that service goes away, I will likely have to consider a new place to have my vehicle serviced.

I happened to be in Monrovia when my skid plate came loose and was dragging below my car. I had recently had an oil leak repaired at another dealership a few weeks ago. I pulled into the service center for the first time around 12:30pm on a weekday. I was helped by Marco who was very nice and said a lot of the staff were at lunch if I could leave the car. I told him I was just passing through and couldn't wait too long. He said he would look at it and see what he can do. I waited not even 15 min and he pulled my car up with the skid plate bolted back in. After a rough day, this was the best news I could get. Thank you Marco! First time a dealership surprised me with over the top service!

I had odd overheating problem with my Expedition. I was very pleased the advantage ford heavy line mechanic fixed the problem immediately! Customer service with Paulo (Polo) is excellent! Highly recommend Advantage Ford for service.

Would not trust these guys to run appraisals for your car. The guy insisted taking my vehicle for a solo ride as part of the appraisal process came back with a damaged middle compartment door hinge. Either used a knife or force closed it judging by the triangular broken shard piece that I retrieved in the car. Thanks for the mishandling. Repair cost the price of the small batch of popcorn from the cart I helped myself during the wait. I don't know, the thick foreheaded guy, he might care about that kind of stuff.

Have purchased two vehicles from Advantage: one used 2016 MKZ Hybrid and a new Maverick Hybrid. In each case I was treated like family at this dealership and both times I walked away with a fair and good deal. When the 2023 Maverick order bank opened, Salesperson Jose called me right away and got my order in. I changed the order twice and Jose and Zareh were really helpful getting the truck built in a reasonable time. Rick let me know as soon as it arrived and the sales process was easy. Chad moved us through finance quickly. I’m so happy with both my cars and would do business with them again. Thanks!

I was poorly treated by Zareh Chariarian and Rick Covoni in regards to purchasing a bronco I ordered 2.5 years ago. After saving up and waiting over 2 years for a bronco I Was denied to purchase it because zareh didn't want to ruin his reputation and for us to leave a bad review. Usually when you purchase a car from a dealer they give you a form stating if you want the front license plate drilled onto the front of the car or you can sign your rights away stating the dealer gave you a front plate but you wish to not put it on at the moment. Advantage ford decided to put it on without our consent and damaged the front bumper of a brand new $70,000 bronco. Zareh lied serveral times and got louder to a point the whole dealership heard us. it wasn't right for him to tell us he can't sell us a car that I ordered and put a deposit on 2 years prior. My family has purchased in total over 5 cars in the past years and it's sad that I came in with my check ready to purchase the bronco. Rick was also rude and said take it or leave it we can just sell it for 10k more if you don't like it. Which is not true we loved it and were ready to buy. Horrible customer service to be told sorry we don't want to sell you a car you ordered and out a deposit on because we know you won't be a happy customer and will leave us a bad review. We weren't happy because we were lied too and the blame was put on me for advantage ford mistake. I've attached the paper I'm talking about. I never filled out those X marks. The dealer wrote those in.

STAY AWAY!!!!! This is a dishonest dealership. My family member ordered a Bronco, put down the deposit and waited for almost a year. They went to pick it up last week and was met by a very rude sales and general manager. The dealer took it upon themselves to modify the front bumper without permission. When they seen it, the dealership proceeded to blame my nephew. Saying he should have read the paperwork. Well they went through all the paperwork and didn’t see anything saying my nephew gave them authorization to drill the two holes. Then when asked to produce the paperwork showing he “okayed “ , they couldn’t. All they said was he knew about it, really?? That doesn’t sound like he gave the okay. Then the general manager said he’s not going to sell it to them because he didn’t like their attitude. So you leave a deposit, wait for it and then they can decide if they want to sell it to you or not just because you questioned them on why they drilled holes into their new Bronco. I bought a super duty from this dealer and had it serviced there. The service was okay at best. I’m going to chino hills ford to buy my new SD. Don’t buy here, because if they don’t like your attitude or think you will write a bad review. They won’t sell to you. Charlie the general manager is a joke. The dealers response is not true. If that was the case, why didn’t they install the front license plate on the Bronco they bought from you over a year ago. No your team had attitude from the minute they walked in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!

I recently had a great experience buying my new Mustang Mach E at Advantage Ford Lincoln! After being dismissed and treated poorly by other surrounding Ford dealers, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service I received at this location. Jose is very knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions and walked me through the car buying process with ease. For my first new car buying experience, I felt no pressure from both Jose and the General Sales Manager, Zareh! Zareh kept me updated on my car order throughout the waiting process which was appreciated.The team at Advantage Ford Lincoln go above and beyond for their customers and I am very happy I purchased my car here. I highly recommend them for your next car!

15 days later and I am still waiting for the "service adviser" to return my call or text, the advice asked me to the t his personal cell phone, my VIN follow by my full name and my address, I did texted him to speed up the process but nothing yet. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but I need my recall done before smoke test.

Just bought an Expedition. Custom ordered in Feb and received in May. Super fast. Salesmen Jose and Joseph was super helpful and patient during ordering when I was inputing specs on the computer. I get to decide on everything. Full autonomy. On pick up Jose gave me a walk through and test drove with me. No pressure was felt. Very friendly and relax atmosphere. This is second Expedition I purchased from Advantage Ford. Highly recommend Jose and Joseph to help you.

Always fair priced and never tries to sell me on something that doesn't need doing at the time like other dealers do. Marco and Polo are great service advisors. They have been there for years. Easy to remember their names (Marco Polo). Thanks guys for the great service.
