They made a mistake on a cashiers check and made me pay it for another one (when it was there mistake)

I attempted to make an appt 3 different days. I was able to schedule on my fourth try. Upon my arrival they were not prepared to meet me at my scheduled time. I'm on a time schedule this is my lunch half hour. I've never had SO MANY issues with and other bank before.
