They do not put tamper tags on the dolly inside of the truck unless you remind them. Make sure to do a walk around and take picture.

Be carefull with this place. The lady that work there will scam you. Saying gas is half tank when it is just quarter. Make u adjust it by phone . Than still gonna charge you. Scam scam scam

Great Service, Polite Informative Staff. Refilled Propane Tanks. About $3.99 gallon. Learned most 5 gallon tanks only can take anout 4 gallons of propane fuel on the average.

So I attempted to rent a truck from this location for my move on Sunday, and they denied my reservation stating my mother has an outstanding debt with u-haul for storage from 2007. I'm not exactly sure how I'm legally responsible for that, and I plan to pursue the issue further. It's been over 10 years, and they have the nerve to try pursue a debt through me her child who was under 18 for a storage that was auctioned off, and I have never been notified of collection against me? I'm pretty sure there are consumer protections against this type of bs. Not to mention I just rented and returned last year....Other than that, my father has had storage here at this location, no problem, same last name. The front desk staff was young but very pleasant, the owner/manager was condescending, and rude pretending to be helpful/concerned. He decided he has the moral authority to lecture me and my mother(over the phone) about ones ability/responsibility to manage their debts. Seeing how this debt doesn't belong to me, he can kiss the entire black of my a*** He's VERY freaking lucky I was in a good mood, and he didn't get told that, because he was inching. Either way thanks for nothing bifocals!

Overall we had good experience including booking to make reservation, picking up the truck, and returning the truck except the front desk older guy was a bit annoying.

They were nice people BUT MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF THE MILEAGE BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND WHEN YOU RETURN. They TOTALLY LIED about my mileage and charged me TWICE as much!!! And i set the mileage to 0 when i left the place and when i returned it was only 52.4 miles. And the older guy erased it and said i went 98 miles. I only needed to fill the tank $20 worth @ $3.399 a gallon! How could i have gone 98 miles. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!! Not TRUST WORTHY.
