Having the store around my house is great, our service with AT&T is going already for three years. Unfortunately I am feeling uncomfortable with one of their employees, tall blonde lady. Since our first visit to the store to open up an account with AT&T she has been nonstop eyeing and smiling my husband whenever they cross eyes and she even purposely bend over with her behind sticking out in front of our table where my husband was facing and then she turns smilingly directly at him. We have had the luck to get help from Christian and Fanni which they have been fantastic. Unfortunately this last visit she helped us then the next day called my husband to check if he was happy with her service. Can there be a rule enforced where employees can’t cross with customers? Unfortunately now for a phone update or to purchase a new item specials we are forced to drive to our next close AT&T when we use to just walk down the street. I’m going to miss my favorite go to employees

Went in for a 15 Promax came out with a 15 plus also.both my girls happy for holidays thanks sales rep. Jazmin. Nice informative and fast we like the basket of goodies she shared she even help me with a bundle family insurance plan.management you have a winner here.

Have you noticed Customer Service lately. They pass you up or don't even acknowledge you. If your looking for a plan and thinking, Verizon, T-Mobile, Boost, or Metro. Whittier Blvd and Vancouver ATT, ask for Jasmine and tell her Roman says, "Hey".

I came in a panic because my mothers phone starting acting up and sending SOS calls to first responders. After trouble shooting the issue myself, I figured ATT store was my only hope because getting a genius bar appt at APPLE is impossible and frustrating. Chris showed so much compassion for my mom and the situation at hand. The phone could not be saved, Chris assisted us with a claim to Asurion and she's getting a new phone tomorrow. Thanks for your help and patience with us today Chris and Team! You're my #1 store.

Came here to update my phone and the WiFi was not able to load. The employees are not able to do much because of this problem. I was there for 3 hours trying and trying but nothing was done. This place needs to update there WiFi and system in general because it's wack. I do not recommend. The only reason I gave it 1star was to be able to post this. If you guys really value your store and workers pls update your system and stop making it so hard on them.
