If you need anything outside of tires or alignment I'd go elsewhere.
I told 3 different people including my mechanic I wanted 10w-30 and they still put 5w-30. 10w-30 doesn't leak in my old Volvo and I do a lot of mountain driving, occasionally towing.
They also told me they were going to fill up my fluids but I had to fill up the coolant as well as the windshield wiper fluid which were both low after service.
Lastly, I asked them to road test my car to solve an issue or two that I still have. They drove it 1 mile according to my odometer and certainly weren't able to get it up to speed in that mile. Disappointed to say the least.
2 stars because the tires and alignment but minus 3 stars for lack of honesty/follow through.

These folks just installed a ford factory engine in my 2002 F350 pickup. They did an outstanding job, kept the price reasonable, and provided excellent service through the entire process. The truck runs perfectly! I definitely recommend El Cajon Tire Pros.

Great location for vehicle services. My husband has been bringing his truck here for ages and has only experienced great service and dedication. I brought my Mini Cooper in and had an easy and reliable experience. Good people, down to earth and not condescending (like some dudes are when a female brings their car in). Very helpful and not at all over priced.

I've been a customer of this business in its former location and under original name for many years. I arrived at the new location during the first week of October 2023, and was very impressed with friendliness of staff, orderliness of facility, and communications with me while I was in the nicely appointed waiting area. I drive a very long way to do business here because I have learned to trust them and have a predictable experience related to vehicle upkeep.

They listen well to what is going on with your car and explain what it will take to repair it. Prices are good and personnel is fantastic.
