Very fast , informative, gave me options and the choice of which tires to go with based off what I was looking for which was cost efficient/quality
Only took 1hour for all tires new and alignment
Also gave me email of a check on my whole cars status report to show what’s recommended to fix which were only 3 things and 41things that my car was great in already

Best shop you can go to in the san diego area! I came in because my car was knocking and rattling near the wheel area. I saw this shop while driving and wanted to stop be to see if anything was wrong with my car. When i came i meet a very nice dude if remember correctly his name was carlo. He was super helpful he told me exactly what i needed for my car. My car was fixed in a timely manner and the prices didn't blow my wallet out the water. Honestly this is one of the best shops i have been to and the employees here are definitely the nicest i've met.

I went to Evans Tire Tire today for a simple Oil Change and David watched over my car. He Quickly showed me that my Control Arm was Broken and My Tires where Wearing Very Fast on the inside. They gave me a Quote with a Convenient time that the Vehicle would be by Noon (Oil Change, Control Arms, Alignment & 2 Tires).

Came im for a oil change and tire rotation, david and his team were very honest and respectful they walked me through and showed me everything that was wrong with and it was definitely not safe to drive. after all the work got done, brakes all around, front and rear shocks, control arms, and now my car runs like new. I really recommend this shop for anyone who needs work done on their car. David

Had my wifes Lexus in for rear brakes they said also needed front control arms I said OK got it back and there was a bad rattle took it back said it needed struts took it to True Line and they found 3 bolts loose one ready to fall out that Evans tire missed when finishing the front end work. And yes it did not need struts.

Very unprofessional and treat customers like they’re stupid. If you’re a woman and looking for help with your car do not go here. They will try to get whatever they can out of you. I came for an oil change and I was informed my front passenger wheel bearing was no good and needed it replaced. I was already looking at auto zone website for the wheel bearing and hub and the guy in the front said oh they don’t sell these parts at auto stores but I can give you quote on how much it is with labor at this location. For one wheel bearing and with labor he quoted me $1,100! and then proceeded to try to get me to apply for an Evans tire credit card. I finished my oil change and left I went to the first auto zone and they helped me get my part which the full wheel bearing kit is $64 at auto zone. So that was the first lie. I then took it to an actual mechanic and he only charged $300. Very ridiculous and will try to squeeze whatever they think they can get out of you just because you’re a woman. I went in at 9am August 14th, these employees should really be reviewed more often. I have been a customer since 2018 and will never be returning because of this experience.
Talked to the mechanics he basically told me this job should never cost more than $500 as it is a two hour job. Also told me because I was a girl they saw an opportunity.

I pull in at 2:20 in the afternoon on a Monday and ask to have my 4 trailer tires changed out. I have already have the tires. “Nah, can’t do it today. You can come back in the morning.” In the middle of the business day you can’t change 4 tires? “Nah, there’s 4 cars here.” Get out of here…..completely lazy and unprofessional!!!
