manager Daniela is rude! visibly irritated w customers and talked to her employees rudely and w out care. definitely would not recommend being employed here in such a negative environment. super messy & unorganized, i also didn’t get greeted. as someone who works in retails , i got zero customer service. if i could give negative 5 stars i would. came in a few weeks and the only nice and welcoming employee they have is hannah. why isn’t she manager? she knows what’s up, she helped me find everything i needed plus more.

I swear to god my wallet was stolen by their customers. Be aware thank god she didnt steal or kidnapped my son who was with me be aware stay away from this store . And their customer service is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are so unprofessional its really sad. Never ever entering that store ever again!!!! Bunch of scams

Today, I called the "Children's Place" customer service center. It was my fifth time for the same issue. I bought him a $100 gift card from a gift card promotion on 12/24/2021, but I've not received the promised $20 gift coupon. I called before, but the customer service center said that I had to wait 10 days from the day I purchase for the coupon to come. When I called after 10 days, they told me that 10 business days had to pass. I waited 10 business days, but the coupon did not come, so I called again and they changed the word that I had to wait 15 business days. Even after 15 business days have passed, nothing happened. When I call them again, they just said I should call STAR CALL and told them to resolve it myself. I've already called Star Call because the Customer service requested me to call them, but Star Call didn't have any information about me, so they couldn't do anything about this issue. They even made me call Children's Place customer service. I couldn't understand why they couldn't resolve this problem. Every time I called the children's place customer service, each person answering the phone said something different, and no one knew how to solve this case. They just promised that they would send a gift coupon by e-mail in just a few days, I waited again and again, but the coupon didn't arrive. I felt I was deceived by them. When I called customer service again today, a person named Jesus answered. He was the worst staff. He already knows this because he answer the phone last time I called. I explained again to him my situation include Star Call didn't have any information about me or any idea, but he said I had to keep calling star call. I've already called star call and reiterated that they said they couldn't resolve this problem. However, though he know all about this, he kept repeating the exact same word "call to Star Call and ask about it." over and over again for over an hour and a half. I bought a gift card from the children's place and they promised to give me a $20 gift coupon, and they didn't give it to me. Is it my fault? Then, why do I have to call here and there with wasting my time and effort? I'm so tired of their pranks. Even though it's their task, they had no intention and desire of correcting it and toss their job to me. I explained that I had already many times I already called Star Call several times, and they said they could not be resolved because my information was not there, but the customer service staff, Jesus kept repeating the same words as if they were recorded. He was obviously making fun of me and making fun of me and ignoring me. I was so frustrated and upset. I bought my children's cloth from Children's Place, not from Star Call. Why do I call and struggle with another company? Children's Place didn't keep its promises to customers. So far, I have called the customer service center more than 5 times, and every time they requested me to wait. I have wasted more than an hour each time, so I wasted a total of over 5 hours for just a $20 gift coupon. Does it make sense? I was very disappointed at their attitude of treating their customers. Today, I called before 2 pm, but a person named Jesus did not listen to me and repeat exactly the same sentences as if he memorized until 4:30 pm. I never forget his attitude. It was very insulting to me. I eventually asked him to change his supervisor and she offered me a $20 reward instead of a $20 gift coupon. Were these things going to take five hours in five days? I have 4 children and I have made so many purchases from this company over the past many years. However, they lost their customer and customers' trust. The customer service staff lied, deceived the customer, and were so rude. This case is absolutely unacceptable.

They refused me the entrence because MASK required at this store when as a Bisness owner you could decide To implemented or not, I took my money somewhere else.

I am not a huge fan of this store, I'll be honest. I like Children's Place because it is fairly cheap but sometimes the quality matches that so I tend to shop here last. As with every children's store, most of the store is for girls and a little bit is for boys because apparently boys should go around naked or shouldn't have options to change their clothes. My littles get a very small sliver of a corner in the store and it is always a wreck. This store is small and everything is super close and overfilled and never seems to be neatened up. I have never had any issues with the staff. I rarely find anything to actually purchase because I hate digging through messy racks for shopping. Most of the time I go shopping online for this shop and that is probably what I will continue to do as I don't really think it is that great in person.

VALERIE IS THE SHIZ!! I love her whooped life. She is so sweet and nice. Reyna is good too. But Valerie is always smiling even with rude difficult customers. Love her hospitality and how she interacts with people. She's fast she's efficient and dedicated to every customer one by one..

This store really needs help! I usually do my shopping online but this time I needed 2 boys outfits ASAP and couldn't ship it (oh joy to the holidays and last minute errands). If you're trying to locate this store it's near the food court and next to New York and Company. My visit was on a Monday right when they opened in December. I will start with the positive: the staff from what I heard while shopping were helpful to other customers. When I went to the register, the sales associate, Rhina, was really sweet, smiling, and helpful. She let me attempt 4x entering in my info for rewards points until it finally worked. I appreciated her friendly customer service. Now for the not so good: the other Yelp reviews are correct it's a complete pig sty in here! It's as if I walked into a kids bedroom who just tried on a bunch of clothes and threw them all over the place or when you unpack from a vacation X 100! There were tops and bottoms all over the place I'm not exaggerating-on the floor in different spots/areas, thrown every which way, toddler clothes in big boys sizes, hangers flipped and smashed every which way, it looked like I just walked into a Black Friday aftermath. It's unacceptable and disgusting to a consumer to see such filth and no care in the world. Did they not clean up the night before? Not sure what is going on with that but I even called at 9:15am and asked when the store was open lady said 10am so they were there not cleaning up the store for the day? If my kids went with me they would know it looked like a tornado in there. I've never been to a retail store that looked this messy ever. Not sure if I would ever come back here unless they got their act together and became neat and organized. Just order online or check out another location.

Absolutoy disgusting behavior by the employees and customer service. Long story short I made a large back to school purchase online, the clothes came in the mail, I had gotten the wrong size on the entire order, my kids tried on the clothes and removed all the tags, the receipt in the box said return anything to the store nearest you. I took the box to this location and waited for them to open as I was there 30mins before opening. I was the first and only customer in the store which I planned BECAUSE it was a large order with no tags suggesting it would be a process to return. Zuly (the rockstar) started checking for bar codes and looking up the clothes on the computer one by one to make sure I got all my money back. Heres where it went wrong: Maria (horrible employee) walked up and said "We can make an exception this one time to return one item since there are no tags, our policy is no tags no return" I responded "my receipt doesn't say that, it only says bring the receipt and clothes, I realize this is going to take a while which is why I came early." Maria argues with me saying "that is our STORE policy" so i asked to speak to customer service. I called the number she gave me and was on hold... Meanwhile Zuly has no returned half my purchase. Another customer walks in and says she has something on hold. Maria walks up and looks it up for the customer. As maria is looking this up she says in spanish "Can you believe she brought all these clothes back with no tags? I mean who does that." The customer looking very uncomfortable just shrugs. Mind you both the customer and Maria are both dark haired tan skinned women and I am pale with blonde hair. Again Maria speaks in spanish "I mean would you ever do something like that? No right?! What kind of person does this? We are so busy this is just rude" the customer then looks around at the empty store and looks at me the rolls her eyes and says in english "you're not busy". I turn to Maria and say in spanish "How embarrassing for you to be this openly racist in believing that I don't understand you. I am fluent in. Spanish and you just assumed I couldn't understand you because I am white. How dare you. I would never assume you dont speak english simply because you arent white. You are disgusting and a racist" Maria then looks me in the eye and says "and you are nosey, I was talking to her not you." I said you were talking ABOUT me. Maria responds with "yes I was talking BOUT you not TO you." Just then zuly tells me my refund is complete. I thank her and walk out. Mind you I am STILL on hold with customer service. An hour later customer service answers my call, I make a detailed report to someone in India I confirmed and asked that the manager of the store contact me. The customer service agent assured me that in 24-48 business hours later I would be contacted. Here we are 5 business days later and nothing. Dont shop here.

BEWARE: Managers Valerie and Omar at the store indicated that they have been having issues with their POS freezing and charging customers in error. This happened to me on Saturday night, 6/22. It was held as an auth hold and was charged today. No response from the company. They have been non responsive to my inquiry. Manager was unwilling to speak to me and only wanted to communicate over the phone to through the manager on duty. Complaint filed with BBB since the manager indicated this is an ongoing problem.

Went to pick up my order and I walk up to the register and associate totally ignored me. Didn't greet me or even acknowledge that I was there. I had to speak up and say " I have a pick up " she responds with can I see your id? Not even a hi or anything. Not wearing a name badge. Just not very good customer service!!!

I always go when the jeans are on sale $6.99!! They last my son quiet some time. Totally worth it and I love me a deal!! Store isn't always the prettiest but I don't mind that. Customers are the ones that can't put things back where they found them. Sucks for the workers. Customer service is always great.

This place is such a disaster, I've just given up on trying to go back. Each time I go in, the store is in such disarray. This may be ok if it's the end of a busy shopping day, but I was the FIRST customer in the store when the mall opened, and it was a huge mess. It clearly has not been straightened up from the day(s) prior. The tables were disorganized, there was stuff all over the floor. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I'm usually not negative when I post but I have a children's place credit card and I use it often. I ordered online for pick up in stores I went to pick it up but saw it was 25% off now, saving me $15. So I let the gal know I want to pick it up but exchange it so I can get the discount. She messed everything up. Charged my acct numerous times for the same item. I was expecting to be there 5 min and instead was there 30 min.ugh
