Super disappointing experience that led to me being out over $1k. I sold a 60” TV on eBay that was being shipped to the east coast and spent a lot of time properly packaging it. I asked the FedEx employee twice to add fragile tape/stickers so it had extra care on the long journey but was told that they would add them later and began to be frustrated at me asking for them nicely to do so. When my buyer received the tv, there was a large hole as if someone punched through it and of course the screen was broken. I had to refund the buyer on eBay leaving me to try and get compensation back from FedEx for the damaged package which of course never happened after months of trying everything and attempting to get ahold of corporate. The ownership at this location didn’t take accountability leaving me $1k+ in the hole because of their careless handling of the package. I suggest you look elsewhere to ship your fragile items as the people here don’t seem to care about your stuff.

My business does 300K in shipping each year. I tried one last time to bring a couple of boxes to this location for a drop off and the manager AGAIN turned our business away and said our packing was not good enough. Below is a picture of the box I tried to send. It's perfectly square, perfectly taped 8"x8"x8" box that weighs 6lbs. I can't make any sense of it! We still use Fedex but bring our packages to PakMail in EDH instead, and they accept them all happily. This location is possibly the worst run FedEx store in California.

I needed to have notarized with Apostille documents mailed to South Korea asap. I went on a Friday morning and by Monday morning the documents were delivered as promised by Fed Ex! The service was friendly and welcoming. There were 2 staff members present when I entered. This was my first time sending anything international through FedEx so I didn't know I needed a phone number for the address in South Korea. I felt guilty knowing there were 2 customers behind me waiting so I asked if they could go first while I try to find the phone number to the attorneys office however I was informed not to worry and to find the number while she waits. She informed me that we could try to send the documents without a phone number however for my own peace of mind it's best to provide one just in case one is needed when arriving at South Korea. Luckily the sister who I called answered my phone call right away and was able to give me the phone number. I wish the ladies name was on the receipt invoice so I can mention her on this review however there is no name to be found on the receipt. Thank You just the same for your friendly, patient, kind and very welcome customer service and for ensuring my documents arrived in a quick and fast turn around time!

I I always pray I don't get her. But I do I always get the old lady. Nothing wrong with being old that's just the only way I know how to describe her. I was shipping something to my friend in South Africa and we got through the entire process, and then she informed me about me needing an account in order for the taxes to go to me and not him, that is something you should say before shipping. South Africa is very corrupt and you don't always get your mail especially if there's a tax on it. She is always very slow and rude and uses the most expensive boxes even when I can fit in a smaller one. I also work for a company that has corresponding discounts and she never lets me use it or gives me the real right I eventually gave up after an hour and a half, and walked across the street to the post office, and ship the same package for $12.

Excellent service at this FedEx location. I was passing through and needed to send a package express delivery. When a long line formed, another staff member came out to help the customers. I left my ID behind by mistake, and the manager Evan was super helpful. He went out of his way to be sure I got it back right away. I highly recommend this FedEx location. It's very convenient, right off hwy 50.

I came in needing to get a simple return label printed and I normally am helped with cutting it and putting tape on the package and everyone is normally very kind. But the woman “helping” me today told me basically to leave when I asked if I could cut it and that I needed tape. She practically scoffed at me for requiring these things. She was an older lady with short gray hair and made me feel like I was asking her to do the most with such a simple ask. I left feeling very dissatisfied. The taller woman working seemed to be much nicer but was busy with other customers.

Poor customer service. Trying to add charges and picky about packaging. Decided to walk out and go to another FedEx store.

I am not rating the Fed Ex store , I am rating Fed Ex deliveries. I receive 10 to 15 packages a week to my business. I do not allow companies I buy from to ship with Fed Ex at all any more as I have had so many packages lost, never delivered, arrived late and damaged over the past year. I now see that Amazon has dropped them as a shipper also because of such problems. I feel sorry for the employees , but Fed Ex is a poorly run company, with terrible management and customer service.

FedEx driver lied and said I refuse package and now no one from FedEx can fix issue.I never spoke to driver.I saw him drive and not stop at my house. Spoke to 1-800 number for FedEx supervisor and she had zero customer service and feel like this will not get fixed.

Brought in my iPhone trade-in box here. Got a receipt and went on my merry way. Guess what? The box arrived to Apple EMPTY! The receipt didn't give me a weight on it, so I have no way of proving that the phone was in the box when I sent it. Faith in humanity lost. Please don't bring anything valuable here!!

So went to a "local" store to give them business. Asked to do 1000 color copies. Cost .85 per copy. Employee said cheaper to do myself, at a cost of .65 per copy. Did some checking same job on vista print is .14 a copy. Geez FedEx i will do the labor and we are still over 4x as much?
