This needs an option for no stars. Every time I go to this Walgreens I'm disappointed. I went looking for medicine for my son, I checked online before going and it said it was available there. I looked for a while on my own since I don't like bothering staff unless I really can't find something myself. I checked the sides of the aisles and I just couldn't find it. The cashier knew I needed help but wouldn't help me. I finally approached an employee nearby stocking aisles and tried asking him for the item. He kept cutting me off, not letting me finish my question, just telling me an aisle and go to the back. I was worried because my son needed medicine, stressed because I had been looking for a while and couldn't find it and he was being rude. I can't stand people who are rude when asked to do something that is their job, I wasn't even being rude about it. Finally until I spoke a little louder to tell him he wasn't letting me finish my question he got helped. It wasn't in stock and went to cvs where they are always kinder, helpful and luckily had what I needed.

If I could give ZERO STARS, then I would. I made a COVID vaccine booster appointment for 11:45AM. I was there early at 11:20AM, and still did not get seen until 12:26PM. They only had one pharmacy technician (ANNA) doing check ins, and apparently they only had one pharmacist who could administer the vaccines. I have visited many Walgreens stores but this one was the worst! The wait times are atrocious especially if you've made an appointment in advance. I will not return here again, very disappointed.

Waited over an hour for a prescription in the drive-thru. When y'all say a prescription going to take 30 to 45 minutes y'all need to have those people move out of the line. I wanted to pull my hair out. I be punching the air cus it's take so long.

I have been to this Walgreens pharmacy several times and the staff is extremely nice I have dropped off and picked up prescriptions taken my family to get Covid tested, to get our flu shots , the pharmacist and the staff working in the pharmacy department are ALWAYS nice, kind, friendly, professional in a very nice mood they also accept tricare insurance. The Walgreens store staff is also nice. Thank you for all you do!

Went to get a covid PCR test after an easy reservation online.They were a little far from home but the 10 east was fluid and i arrived 10 min early. Anna, the pharmacy technician was the most professional employee I have seen in a pharmacy for a long time. She prepared the tests and paper work immediately and within 5 min , I had swabbed and given back the tubes. She watched the whole thing giving precise directions with kindness and professionalism . She also understood that I wanted the results asap and proposed a self test if I wanted to get some results faster. I was alone in the driveway and in 15 min, I was in my way back home hoping for the best! Well done Anna and Walgreens

Went in on a Sunday morning for my Covid vaccine. I was greeted by a friendly young lady by the name of Anna C. She was very helpful looking up mine and my sons insurance information since I didn't have the cards with me. Always friendly and helpful. She helped answer all my questions regarding the vaccine. The best part was actually receiving the shot from her. She was so gentle that me and my son didn't feel a thing!!. She was great. Looking forward to receiving our second dose with Anna C specifically!! Lol. She was great.

I came by to pick up my order after making an order online. However, the sale person said I have a reminding balance which I need to pay before I can received my item. It was ridiculous becuase usually when I order online it would make me pay in full before a pick up order can be placed.I told the sale person there must be an error and showed my phone with email confirmation showing my total was $0 after it was charge to my card. He said either I can pay the reminding balance or cancel my order. I decided to cancel because I will not pay extra for something i already been charged. I felt he could have called a manager or something but that didn't happen. I didn't want to make a big fuss and there was someone behind me so didn't really want to bother. This is not his fault though since it is system error. however, i hope this type of error do not occur again. After I left the store, i made a call to customer service becuase I didn't see my walgreen cash was credit back. I also checked my card and notice I was also charged for a pickup in which I canceled. In few hour later I checked my walgreen account I notice an increase to my walgreen cash but that is not the amount I initially have in my account. It is less. I hope this is a temporary error since I just make a cancelation and it might be in the process that the system is giving me new earned w cash for this pick up order. It is weird though since I didn't really get my item I shouldn't be charged in my account. Either this was error amount in walgreen cash or my cancelation still processing. I will have to wait and see. So far I was disappointed that this have happened.

I'm not one to complain or to leave a bad review but I came to pick up photos and to also scan photos. All throughout the process the workers just seemed to have a bad attitude. They told me I had to scan my own photos which I was fine with but they didn't bother showing me how to scan or anything. The slowness of the machine is what irritated me the most. Trying to scan off the pictures took FOREVER for a single one. I'm better off at Target scanning my pictures.

THE WORSE. Never written a bad review in my life, but this time I had to. The bald man working by the photo section is the worse and is extremely unprofessional. I went in to use one of their 3rd party services to send money to a different country, but there was lots of technical issues with the computer. While he was checking on his end, I went back to the station to exit out of the process to make sure that no confidential information was lingering on the screen. He then started touching the screen WHILE I was still using it and said "ITS ALREADY EXITED" and I'm like "can't I just double check?" He goes PSHHHHH and walks away. He continued to say "I have a lot of customers" in such a rude tone. Many other rude and unprofessional statements were said.

Absolutely incompetent. I am between this location and FedEx Print and Shop Center in Arcadia. I am slightly closer to this one, but I CALLED FIRST to make sure this location could print a return label. After calling the number that's listed on this business listing, it still redirects me to a call center, which asks me over 10 automated questions, because it could not comprehend my question. I finally get a human on the phone, but unfortunately this human spoke with such a thick accent, It was difficult to understand his English. I specifically asked him, "Does this location print shipping labels? Because I have an email from FedEx that states I can show the barcode on the bottom of this email to the FedEx agent and have them print the return label for me" the person on the phone said, "Yes , they can." I asked a second time, "okay so I just show them my email and they can receive my package without me printing the label? " Again, the agent said "Yes , this location can print your label for you." GUESS WHAT? THEY CAN'T! When I arrived at this location, I spoke to a Walgreens employee manning the photo center/fedex onsite counter, and I showed him my email, and he was completely dumbfounded, he asked "why are you showing me that email?" I said, "it's the barcode, for the return label" then he said, "we have no ability to scan any barcodes or print any labels" ... I was livid, after wasting my gas driving here, after calling first to ensure I didn't waste my gas, I still wasted my gas and time. I wouldn't even make it to the location in Arcadia in time before they close, so then I had to download the walgreens photo app, upload the email, create a photo print order, have the guy wait for it to come through, then print it, then I had to pay for a photo production of the return label on a nice photo paper, then tape it onto the box... The FedEx system is broken. If the call had actually gone through to the actual location, I wouldn't have received misinformation, or if fedex actually trained their employees correctly, he wouldn't have given me misinformation.

Hello everyone who read this yesterday they discriminated my husband. First when we walked in they would looking at us like we were wire does and they said code red or code 21. They when we were shopping I saw the same guy I saw the register like following us. The when we finish getting our thing the same guy that was following us he was at the register we were paying and my husband had some beer and they ask for ID and my husband gave his ID from Mexico called matricula and they said they didn't accept it and I was explaining that they told us before that they accept any ID so he bought beers from there before not with the same guy and he answer me back just laughing and smiling and this is the worst store and it's in El Monte where there's a lot of Hispanic

I've been to other Walgreens and this one is far the worst customer service ever. I was trying to call in an order to the pharmacy which I was placed on hold right away, waited for 15 minutes just so they can just hang up. I called again placed on hold for another 15 minutes just to get sent to automated system. Smh. At the end before going home from work I had to stop at the location and place the order in person. What a waste of time. Especially when I walk in and see the workers standing around talking. Training is in order

On Sat. 2/1/20, at 400pm the staff including manager at 630 lea. Not one of the staff members helpful in any way & not one person was compotent enuff to help it's obvious these people hate ther jobs. Stay away fronm here

I come here often cuz it's a few steps away from home, but after visiting their pharmacy for a prescription I was giving one price and upon arrival was giving a different price from the same person. If you're ignorant over pricing don't give out a price. I'm not talking about a buck or two either. 25 difference. Where's management? I'll take my business elsewhere.

So I was looking online for an item it was on sale so I go to the store find the same item and it's original price . So Walgreens doesn't match their online prices at the store. WTH what age are we in get it together if you advertise an item online it should be the same price in store.. This is why I would rather shop online. Talked to the manager and he said that's how it is at all retailers... I am baffled no need to speak anymore.
