We have very bad experience a lot of time their the staff members are so rude we are in the drive through at pharmacy the one chines old guy with hair tie on he hung up a phone on us in front of us and walk away one day one young South Indian girl she is also give us a bad attitude she give us a hand gesture to walk away and said we are busy .they need to change the staff .

Extremely pathetic service. The staff was unhelpful, slow, and showed little interest in assisting customers. Wait times were ridiculous, and there was no sense of urgency or professionalism. Very disappointing experience — definitely needs better customer service training and management oversight.

If you need your prescription to actually be ready when it is ordered, don't go to this pharmacy. I have taken a prescription there and filled it three times and they never bothered to fill it until you go in to pick it up. Even when you try to fill it through the app, and you were told this medication will be ready Friday at 3:00. Monday at 9:18 and it is still not ready. They asked me to wait until 11:00 but this is reality and I have a job. Also. I am out of this medication and need it desperately. Do not go to this pharmacy unless you absolutely cannot go anywhere else. They do not care about customers timeliness or whether or not they are feeling maintenance medication that keeps people alive and cannot be missed. I'm investigating whether or not there is a pharmacy board to report them to.

The guy at the register was awesome, the store barely has anything on the shelves and when I ordered something for pick up turned out they didn't actually have what I paid for and had to do a refund

All staff members are friendly but my favorite is Thomas his been around for years and never seen him under stress, always willing to help. I only wish all customer service people were like him

This is got to be the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to! It also seems that I've had to go multiple times to fill one prescription. I suggest finding another pharmacy

I've gone to this location twice to retrieve a Western Union separated by 2 weeks time and both times I was told to go "another location" cause their system is going through an update. No help whatsoever or initiative to be helpful. Never coming to this location again.

I can usually find what I need here. But I highly recommend not coming to the Pharmacy. The older Asian guy is hard of hearing, slow on the computer and just overall frustrating to deal with. Go to a different Pharmacy and save yourself the headache.

it's crazy how people can't go in shop in peace because the Managers are always following somebody thinking someone wants to steal there was this girl getting follow the whole time I was in there and he blamed her that she was still in champion person all she had was her information and her medicine on her keys in her belongings she didn't start anything I would've sue them for accusing someone stealing in they didn't do nothing .

If I could give less than one star, I would. I scheduled immunizations here last week. I called to confirm the appointment the day before and they assured me, yes, my appointment was still scheduled. Then, the morning of the immunization, I drove there and waited in line to be told that no, there were no vaccines left ('23 Flu Shot.)If you have to make an appointment and confirm, and they can't even count how many vaccines they still have and hold on to them overnight, then they must be pretty bad at their jobs. Total waste of time and delays. Never again. Stay away.

Careful when walking into the store. Changes were made to the handicap parking area which is now a tripping hazard Going here for well over 20 years - just like many business post covid - can't get enough people to staff properly - it's been a bit crazy and the reduced hours and closed for lunch doesn't help the customer Also looks like shelves are not stocked but that's what the daily looting makes a store look like - it's happening all over It's sad and frustrating. Pharmacy workers have always been a pleasure to work with.
