I come here almost Dailey and I always bring my support animal 0 issues, but this morning the lady manager was there and this other guy who is usually always rude, but I ignore him. Anyways she was complaining
About the dog and claiming he was “touching” the merchandise when he was not, you can tell she just didn’t like dogs. And when I mentioned he is a support dog she goes “he needs his patch” I said no problem
I’ll bring it next time. I proceeded to get my stuff and left the store and she made another comment saying “he’s no support dog” I called her rude and said that next time
I’ll even bring her his paper work since she wanted to keep mouthing off. Later half way back home I realized I left my home keys on top of the slushee machine, I called back and the guy answered the rude one. He said goes “I looked last night no key”
I am told him that one I was not there yesterday nor did I loose my key and that I had just left them there and I knew they where there. He then just hung up. So I went back there and he kept arguing with me. Honestly over it these ppl are rude to anyone they feel is homeless and poor or on drugs. And I typically go in there in my pajamas cause I live in the luxury complex directly across the street never judge a book by its cover

You don't find too many 7-11s these days but I love running into them. Nothing like a 7-11 slurpee. This place was easily accessible off the freeway. Clean and friendly staff

This person was so rude when I asked if he works there he said don’t u see me working than I said I need to be ringed up he said don’t u see me working I was like ok! Do u expect me to just wait…… said to him then I said u just lost my business and left he was following me so took his picture!!!!! Just went to fill gas minding my business and just wanted some gas for god sake! Didn’t wNt any trouble but I just could believe the person and his customer service skills!!! If u don’t know how to treat customers with respect why work in cu He came outs picture told me I was the one harassing him and I’m not their customer because I didn’t buy anything from there……. How would have I? You never helped me! Told me I was in his property and need to leave and he will give my number plate to the police officer and they will be at my house!! I didn’t do anything wrong! The only thing I did wrong is to go to this store for my gas!!!!! BE AWARE!!!!!I Was Not there to argue or get hyper or anything I was only there for gas! Wondering if this person wants the same service he gave me!!!

Horrible gas station. Staff say very inappropriate comments, especially to women about their bodies! And when brought to the managers attention, little to no repercussions are put in place. Oh and everything in there is overpriced! So save your money, and go to the loop gas station a couple minutes down the road!

Pretty terrible service. We drove over for a free slurpy on free slurpy only to find that the machine was broken and the employees were totally unkind. Won't ever be going here again

The old lady has ver bad attitude, negative ...working has a clerk.....better have you best smile possible and wonderful attitude...if don't have it you are wasting your time and make the business bad!!
