This chain used to be one of my favorite store. I love the store when I was living in NYC and I also frequent the location in Toronto when I lived there. Since I moved to California I rarely shops here as much, as the store layout is not as attractive and to be honest it were quite pricey if you don't have their coupon. The good thing was, they have coupon a lot. I went there today because they are closing, and they have closing sale 20-30% off. Their pricing, post sale, is as competitive as other chains like Target. They have a lot of other cool organization stuff, though again the price is much higher than competitors, even with the closing sale. I also noticed they have lots of their brand stuff, which I am not sure if I prefer them over other brands. I will miss this chain, especially when it was the good quality good stuff they used to have a long time ago.BTW the staff there are working hard and friendly. It's hard to motivate anyone, especially when the store was closing. All the best to all of them.

Horrible management. I had this nutribullet slow juicer for less than 6 months and the motor went out on me in the middle of juicing. Bed bath and Beyond has a policy of 60 days return only. Not sure if I would have been able to return if it broke working 60 days. So now it has to go through the manufactures warranty and you need to pay for shipping at your own expense. I didn't know the policy and went In to ask about their policy and the store manager was rude and told me it's against store policy after 60 days walking away talking to me. At least stand there and look at me while talking to me. It was dead in that store with one person in line with a cashier already. A store manager should be more professional. I bought this machine for $200, I didn't steal it. I had to find my email confirmation due to ordering it online and had troubles so I asked if they could find it under my memebership number. They stated they can't do that, I need to find and provide my own receipt. Great customer service. I find it odd that most other businesses with membership numbers are able to help you find your order on their system. Either they have a very outdated system or they just have a policy where they don't want to help a customer out to make it easier.Won't be giving business to this place anymore.

Is BB&B closing? This store was a mess. Empty shelves, no prices, two employees and a twenty minute wait in line. I hope I never have to shop there again.

I came to purchase a gift per a wedding registry and I realized that Bed Bath & Beyond is one of those stores that I rarely visit but love whenever I do.They have so many household items that I forgot I needed or wanted until I arrived at the store.The customer service is good too. " Shaq " was very professional and friendly when helping me with finding a registry item. I was able to find a nice gift and the store was organized and less chaotic than other household stores so I appreciated that.I plan to visit Bed Bath & Beyond more often.

This store is honestly god awful, there is never a single person in sight on the floors to help, but the worst part of all is the fact that they never have more than one cashier, making the wait time alot longer than needed. I feel bad for the staff it seems like a company that doesnt really care

This is my "home" store. The staff is friendly & are available to answer any questions you have. They have a huge variety of items. Be sure to check out their clearance section near the bedding - you can often find awesome stuff with deep discounts.

I did an online order for pickup. Asked where to get it and was directed to stand in line for checkout. I waited 20 minutes while a customer at the register pondered what they were purchasing, sending the cashier back and forth to help her compare models. Just one cashier was at the front, no one else to be seen that entire time. It took way too long to pick up my online order.
