I’m a black woman and I rarely ever use the “race card” ever but I’m this situation I could not help but to feel judged. I came in here a few weeks ago to pick up a few things for a get together for the following day. I was with my son whom is 6 years old and because he is of mixed race he is very fair skin. I go into the store and saw one of the employees that worked there he was working at the register and I had asked him about a product and if they had it. He didn’t seem comfortable that I was in the store and he kept giving me strange looks but I ignored it and said to myself maybe I’m over thinking things. So I go up to the register to check out and he pretty much ask me flat out if my son who was clearly calling me mom in the store was my son. I was obviously shocked and kind of laughed it off and said yes he then asked me “are you sure” and at this point I’m offended..and he gave me a super lame excuse saying “oh it’s store policy” or whatever. I will never ever come to this store again that really hurt my feelings and ruined my whole day

Went here to buy some beer. Waited in line for one guy for 8 minutes. Then the second. One for another 8. I dropped myself tuff and left wo purchasing anything. There's two employees walking the store and not helping the register. One just asking to help others. Ok Well, u can run the register. But u didn't.

They have the dumbest store policy on ID's. I drove with my mother here to purchase some spirits for Christmas. I went inside with her and when we checked out the cashier asked for ID, my mother showed her her ID and she asked for mine too! I didn't bring mine because I'm not driving nor buying anything and I'm 40 years old and look every bit of it but she refused to sell the alcohol to my mother because I didn't have mine. I'm not purchasing the alcohol why do you need my ID? Not to mention my 17 year old daughter was with us too and she needed her ID. So apparently this is a 21+ store now because if you have children with you they need ID and if you have anyone with you, even though over 21 and not buying anything, they also need ID. Dumb!

I've been consistent customer at this location, in fact so much so i have a rewards account with BevMo. The way my friends and I were treated last night was absolutely absurd and unnecessary. While heading to check out to get behind another family we (and only us) were disrespectfully yelled at by an employee (Kyle) to form a single file line. We cooperated and did as he asked all the while expressing to him that he can ask in a nicer way. When it's our turn in line he then proceeds to demand for all of us to present our IDs (which I am well aware that it's protocol) but he could've gone about it at a different approach and demeanor. I get we were the youngest looking group of individuals in the store, but i don't appreciate being treated as if i was in a damn boot camp. I now know to take my $133+ worth of business to the corner liquor store or gas station where there's better customer service and a good laugh from a loitering homeless person with a good heart and sense of humor.

Been shopping there for many years. When I walked in , I saw a tall African American gentleman with the apron on. I asked him where the double black is, he walked me there and pointed at the bottle. I told him , I will take it. He said, it will be up front. I said, should I tell cashier? He said, it will be up front. Wasn’t friendly at all. I am sure he was LP. Shouldn’t treat all people the same. I feel bad for them for what they have to go through these days but we are not all the same and when I came home it was a regular black not double

I was trying to inquire about some Belgian beer called Grimbergen from Bevmo and I asked a worker there about it and the first response was never seen it in my life ever and that doesn't make any sense since he literally saw it on my phone since I had a photo of it. All he had to say was “ that's the first time I've seen this I don't carry it in my store” because apparently he was the manager, and he had long black hair and glasses and wore a black mask. So I decided to walk up to the register and try to inquire about it again ,but found out later he was the manager, and then he finally decided to help me once since I was trying to inquire if they carried it at all , and I did apologize if I upset him in anyway and he replied “ no problem” but he wasn't even looking at my direction when talking to me , he was just walking away while talking so the manager there in my humble opinion doesn't seem to want to deal with people at all, even though I was not rude. Keep in mind this was after the fact I bought from his store two cases of French beer, so it’s not as if I was some guy who didn’t even bother to give his store honest and polite business . I will see if their competitors carry the beer that I bought. If not then I’ll try to stay clear of him since my first experience with this manager shows he is just angry with me for whatever reason , even though I never used profanity at him or raised my voice once , and if you are the manager who I dealt with and you are reading this , please don’t be upset all the time , to a degree I can identify with your anger, especially when you’re going through stuff maybe something personal or perhaps business related but if I’m not the bane of your anger, don’t take it out on me or anyone else please . UPDATE : I was given a phone call by a supervisor named Jamie and he made it right and apologized for what happened and he wants me to be a customer with him still, I will gladly try to support his store as much as I can and look forward to doing so, that's why I bumping the 2 star to a 4 :]

I pick up my GoPuff orders from this location and the first two times went smoothly. The guy helping me out was very friendly and handed me my order quickly. The last time I went there, another person assisted me but he was so rude! He didn't even speak to me, literally no words were exchanged on his part, and he seemed like he didn't want to be at work at all.

The employee working the register was absolutely horrible. I walked into the store, and there was a person at her register. we made eye contact, but she never acknowledged me, I stood in line while the transaction was being completed. A woman walked in before it was done, and the employee looked up and welcomed her into the store with warm pleasantries.. A man walked in, and she welcomed him the same way. So I asked her why she had greeted them and not me she first gave me an extremely dismissive grunt. I asked her again, and her condescending response was that she didn't speak because she was using her hands ... I replied, "You were using your hand when we all walked In but I was the only one you did t speak to. She simply just rolled her eye and released another dismissive grunt... Do better BevM..... Do Better

Came in here to buy alcohol for a graduation party. Had to use the restroom and it was nastier than an old hole in the wall gas station. Feces all over and when I told the clerk he acted like he didn’t care… don’t have to use the restroom. If they let it look like that I wonder what the back of the store looks like.
