Amateur hour.Booked appointment online, get automated message there is a problem and we will be called. Do not get called for multiple days.Call day of appointment, get put on hold for 25 minutes and dropped.Go in for alignment (simple toe adjustment), leave with massive creaking problems and steering is screwed.Turns out tech (John) did not even bother to orient the outer tie rod, leaving it at max extension while at rest and would have killed my brand new part in a week. Fixed it myself, would have taken him 5 seconds of care to do it right.Called and employee spent 10 minutes arguing with me why this is not a problem. Will not return.

On September 8th 2023 I was fired by, Mike Hernandez, for working off the clock for 15 minutes which I believe is retaliation because the shop manager, Jason Darling, tried to demand that I clock back in from my lunch break when I was already 10 minutes into my lunch break because he wanted me to finish working on a customer's vehicle.So basically this is what happened. I was replacing one tire on the front left of the vehicle with a new tire, Jason walks by and decided he needed to sell another tire which is fine obviously, however the shop has a rule to clock out for lunch at 4.5 hours into your shift so you do not go over 5 hours. They don't like paying overtime.I clocked in that day at 9:30AM which makes 2:00PM 4.5 so I clocked out for lunch, but finished the tire I was working on. It only needed to be balanced and then put back on the customers vehicle. Jason went and sold another tire and then demanded that I clock back in from my lunch and finish the car and I refused to clock back in. I was already 15 minutes into my lunch at that point.Also working off the clock is a common practice at this store. Everyone does it. Jason has even asked me on three different occasions to finish a vehicle while on my lunch break and then just take a 15 minute on the clock break later. He also forced myself and another employee to clock out while we were in training.I have written down all times that Jason has forced me to work off the clock and I can prove it by matching up the times and dates with the camera recordings.Not only does Jason force illegal practices on his employees he also allows them to use racial slurs. There is another employee there who uses the N word all the time and Jason does nothing about it at all. They, in fact, make jokes about it when the employee uses racial slurs.Basically this Big o Tires is being operated by managers who are jokes. It's no surprise that this shop does not turn a profit.It's actually really sad because this shop used to be super busy and was very profitable and then Jason and Mike were put in charge and ran the shop into the ground.But, if you wear a red nose you're probably a clown.The owners should really stop by the shop and talk with the employees every once in awhile instead of relying on the lies that these two tell them.

I want to share my experience! First off let me give a huge shoutout to Mike Delpino, and manager Jason Darling, Mike was super helpful in giving me different options of tires based on how much I wanted to spend and the quality of each tire brand. He showed great professionalism and customer service and had an outgoing personality which made me feel welcome.Big shoutout to Jason as well in assisting me and helping me understand the prices and explaining financing options. Great team at Big Tires. I will for sure be back! Thank you Jason and Mike!!

If I could give no stars and just leave a review I absolutely would. 7/27/23 I take my car in to get an oil change and tire rotation. During my oil change they inspected my car for any other issues. Apparently my battery was close to dead (although we have had no issues with it) and my brakes were going to go out any moment. The man helping me, Mike, let me know that I needed to have my repairs done immediately because my brakes were so worn (1mm to be exact) that I would actually be in danger driving my car. What Mike didn't realize was I used them for my previous oil change and my battery was completely fine and I was told my brakes were at 50%. Red flag. Not only did he explain this information to me like I was a helpless child, he made sure to repeat himself 3 times and let me know that I need to highly consider doing this in the next week or so for "my daughters safety". Immediately not trusting him I decided to get a few other opinions. I took my car to Jiffy Lube for a diagnostic and wouldn't you know it, battery was functioning at 100%. Brakes do need to be replaced, but brakes all around were measuring at 2mm which means the extra cost he quoted me because they couldn't use the machine was also a lie. I am going out of town this weekend so I wanted to triple check on the battery and took my car to auto zone where they also confirmed the battery was 100%. Finally, today I took my car to Meineke for a 4th and final opinion. Battery functioning at 100% and brakes do need to be replaced, but are sitting at 2mm and because of that they are able to use the machine on my brakes. They quoted me $505 cheaper (Big O quoted me $1,400) and were kind of enough to actually thoroughly explain everything to me. I won't even pretend to know anything about cars. But to try to make this seem like a safety issue and to bring my child into this is the most unprofessional experience I have ever experienced. The blatant lies and trying to take advantage is the cherry on top. OH and on top of everything Meineke let me know that my oil is low. Interesting. Went for an oil change and barely got that, but Mike was sure to let me know that I'm putting my daughters safety at risk. Disgusting.

I took my granddaughter's Honda Civic into Big O Tires on July 13,2023 to have a brake fluid flush done. My husband called and spoke with Amore, and he told him to bring it in. When I got there, Amoree was with another customer so Michael D. helped me. I explained why I was there and who my husband spoke to. Michael was very friendly, definitely customer focused, polite with outstanding customer service skills. Michael informed me that they would do a free brake inspection along with the brake fluid exchange. Also, advised that there would be a brake fluid disposal fee of $5.00. Not only did they do a great job, I have literally received a couple of texts from them asking how the car was doing within a two week span. That's what I call great customer service. My granddaughter drives back and forth from Long Beach State to Sacramento, and knowing her car is safe makes me feel relieved. Thank you Big O Tires, for a job well done.

I made a appointment via telephone. I drove all the way across town and they told me they we too busy. They didn't care at all and made me leave. Never go here and avoid this place even the Groupon at all cost

I've been coming to Big O tires for only the last few months and they have got my car into tip top shape! I LOVE my car, but it is an 08 and getting up there in age. It started having some weird vibrating issues and Jason Darling nailed what was wrong with my car over the phone, before it even had to be test driven.Both clerks at the front desk are ALWAYS friendly, patient and knowledgeable about cars and they make sure you know prices before they start anything. They keep you up to date about anything else that may need to be repaired.I took my car in today at 10am for some serious repairs and it was done by 1pm. It drives like it is BRAND NEW and I am so EXCITED to actually drive now, my car has been giving me so much anxiety the last few weeks so... I am highly satisfied with the work that was done and the people who work here. I would and will recommend anyone to go to Big O for any repairs, big or small.

I always get top-notch service when I visit this Big O Tires! I always buy my tires here. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and they always manage to find solutions that fit my budget! This visit I was helped by Jason, over the course of 3 separate visits. My tire kept going low. He guided me through all of my options each time, and this visit (indistead of just adding air), I decided to let them look and find the issue. There was a screw in my tire! They fixed it, no problem. No charge. I'll definitely come back here and spend fat money when I have a more major problem, because I was treated so well when I came here and spent nothing. Much love, respect and appreciation to Jason Darling and crew for getting me back on the road!

I went for service on my car and a flat repair. They were very nice and efficient and fast. The next day my low pressure light came on again. I went back in the following day and they said it was the same tire they fixed prior and the nail is in a spot where it’s unfixable. They told me they have only one tire to fit my car today and it’s 260. Otherwise they would have to order me a cheaper tire. I had to have a tire so I bought it. The funny thing is they told the lady in front of me the exact same thing when I walked in. She also needed tires and was forced to get the expensive tires. Sounded rehearsed. I think I got duped!

My tire literally just popped twenty minutes ago, Jason the manager walked to my car and helped me changed my tire and got my a new tire in one day. Thank you so much! I highly recommend coming here everyone is so nice and I couldn't be more grateful! My tire pop on my way home and I had to park at the off ramp and I called every tire shop in the area to help me fix it but no one came except for Jason from Big O Tires. I just want everyone to know he walked in the rain just to help me. That really meant a lot to me. Progressive was going to take 3 hours to get to me.
