The HomeGoods in Elk Grove is one of my favorite stores. I love the home decoration items and the tableware they have in the store. It is fun to shop at the HomeGoods store in Elk Grove. I get something from the store almost every time when I shop there.The store is nice and clean. They have excellent workers and a safe parking lot.

What can I say HomeGoods is just the best place to shop around. Great prices on HomeGoods that are really quality. I always shop for my pillows there. Decorative. Rugs, candles, dishes, pots and pans. They really have it all! You'll find something special each time you go.

I had an amazing experience at HomeGoods during my recent visit! The store was impeccably organized, making it easy to navigate and find exactly what I was looking for. The variety of home decor and furnishings was impressive, and I appreciated the quality of the products. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. Bad customer service. Manager or shift lead on lost business tonight over a damaged product. Wouldn't switch it.

One of your cashier Leyla needs additional training on customer service and how to handle purchases with care. I was at the store and bought the last 6 Christmas Crackers of similar design, when this cashier, haphazardly placed the items so close to the edge and of course, the item fell on the floor and instead of holding the whole box to pick it up, she grabbed only one corner and ripped the side. She argued that she "accidentally" dropped the box and "unintentionally" ripped the side. No, had she been more careful, that last box would have been in my purchases and the stores sold items. She was abrasive, discourteous and rude in her interactions. If you need proof, you can go over your CCTV if you have any. I started my day in a good mood and obviously changed by an experience with one of your Cashiers. If you can kindly provide her with feedback and maybe additional training as this type of behavior is unacceptable. I have been to this HG location so many times and have never been treated this way. Just disappointed.

I like to browse the aisles. Sometimes hidden treasure is found-clearance sections, cooking gadgets, home decor. This visit I planned to return an item I thought was missing pieces (purchased at another Home Goods) but I received the Best customer service! The cashier said there were others complaining the same and he then proceeded to cut the plastic ties to further check for 'missing' pieces and voila, there they were. He then offered to put the unit together. Of course I said yes please. This staffer made my day and I wish I caught his name (asian guy). Truly great customer service still exists in this self serve age

Why they have 9 registers and only 2 open always is absolutely beyond me. Guaranteed to wait longer in the checkout line than actually shopping around. I literally don’t understand. Btw it’s like this during regular hours or peak hours… hire more staff home goods!

It's a great store. But customer service could really need some help. Some workers look depressed as if they are forced to be there or should I say miserable. Other than that the store itself is great, if they work on that this store would be top notch no doubt.

This place has really gone downhill. They always just have one cashier who never works fast enough. When you ask them to call for help they claim they are short staffed. The manager just walks around moving random things instead of hopping on to a register to help. Also, the last cashier threw my receipt at me and had a bad attitude while the manager watched and said nothing. They clearly do not care about customer service. The items always seem to be the same. Only come here if you want to wait in a long line for a long time.

Stood in check out line for 22 minutes. Only two cashiers. Manager came up front but never helped check out customers just talked to people coming in. Very poor customer service.
