The group of ladies that I went with here really love this store. It's ok. It is supposed to be stuff from Costco and Target? Things that the box it comes in is messed up or returned items. There's furniture on one side and the other has clothes, bedding, outdoor stuff, and food items. I didn't think it was a discount but yes it is a discount store

Great store. It's a hit and miss with certain food items. I've learned to buy multiple when they are available. You may not see those items again.

Mix of stuff, and my daughter has found deals here. Visited for probably my fourth time overall today, but man, the music in the store they have playing-I don't object to the music itself, but the level they play it at. Curious if Cal-OSHA would approve of what sounds like about 90dB blasting throughout the store-especially loud under each of the speakers. And I'm an old rocker and car stereo guy! Dang, turn it down so people can talk and aren't blasted by music for their entire visit. Compliance with OSHA and/or Cal-OSHA would also result, for your employees' sake-since they are exposed for extended periods.

I had a return and they needed to log my ID. Why do they need to log my personal information. That's pretty intrusive. I made a good faith purchase and when I got home, the item was defective. I should be able to return with just my receipt. Person said I won't get a refund without giving them my ID. I have my receipt so why do they need to log my ID info?

I truly enjoy shopping at Shop Heroic, So it saddens me to say yesterday evening, I saw a purchase that caught my interest. there was no price tag, just a tag inquiring the shopper to ask the store on inventory on hand. Staffing on the floor was bare, I inquired my question to the chasier, which he responded the second he was free, indicated more inventory was in a different area, but the inventory that other area was dissolved. So I asked the chaser, if this item is the last on hand, how much of a discount can be offered, at first he replied none, when I asked to see management, he replied management was busy at a different register (none in sight) then the chaser offered a 2 dollar discount, when I replied items on the floor can not sold as new especially when You can save around 20% by purchasing floor last items. When the finally contacted management, she asked which item, she can see via camera overhead a member pointed to item on the floor, and she indicated No discounts So I pose this question to the owner Mr. Brian Franks and co-owner Mr. Kevin Reimer what is your policies on last items sold off the floor. Also in closing some of your this new staff has not been trained to be customer friendly. Both of these can harm your great operation. I Still wanted that item.

We went there today and was quickly disappointed by this store selling a broke coffee maker and other kitchen appliances with missing or damaged part for $70
I also have seen the damaged overpriced boxes of starbuck coffee pods and other food items. There maybe some reasonably priced items but I didn't see any.

Always a great place to find a good deal.I go twice a week and can't wait to see what's out. Unfortunately if you see a deal buy it I made the mistake of passing it up and lost out.

This is a nice place to shop, the Best thing here is the customer service, The Manager is named AMY and what a wonderful hardworking young lady. many places where I shop the employees seem to not care about where they are or what they are doing. i have found that this is usually where the managers are indifferent also and disrespectful to the employees. At this Heroic store the employees have respect for each other their store and most of all for their Manager Amy.....if you are ever in this store make sure to say hello to every employee, you will not find better service and more courteous employees any where...Thank You AMY for making your store a better place to work and a better place to shop.

There's a lot to see here. All the merchandise appears to be from Costco and Target. The prices really threw me. They were basically retail. I didn't see any prices that wooed me. There are lots of clothes in small sizes and XXL but not much in between. Which I get because it's a clearance store. I'm glad I went, but I didn't buy anything and I'm not in any hurry to go again.

We were looking for a good deal on a vacuum and we got one. But the store was hard to navigate and disorganised. I knew what I was getting in to but my recommendation comes with that disclaimer.

Supposed to be the discount center for Costco? I've seen the same or better prices in Costco.

First they price stuff way to high something that sells in a regular store like Walmart or Costco that sells for $130-140 the have it priced at $110 how is that a deal for a open box item that you don't know if it's good. And at least if you buy in a real store, you can return it.
