Please think twice to do business with Staples located at 9146 Stockton Blvd, Elk Grove, Ca. I would give them zero star including Staples leadership to respond back to us. We recently had the unfortunate experience of participating in a flyer ad campaign that left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied Staples at 9146 Stockton Blvd, Elk Grove CA 95624. The campaign for Pizza Twist at the Elk Grove location, which promised to deliver a compelling and widespread promotion for my business, fell significantly short of expectations, leaving me questioning the effectiveness of the entire endeavor. We paid $3000 for Ad campaign on April 11, 2023 to distribute flyers on third week of April on Zip code 95757 & 95758 zip codes but no one received any flyer until today. Firstly, the distribution promised in the initial agreement was far from fulfilled. The flyers were supposed to reach a wide and diverse audience, but it seemed like they barely made it to any targeted locations for zip code 95757 & 95758. This lackluster distribution not only undermined the campaign's potential impact but also raised serious doubts about the sincerity of the service provider. As per our conversation with Annette requested 10 addresses that did not receive the mail. I provided 20+ addresses and there are plenty more outside of those addresses provided that have still not received it. The zip codes 95757 and a portion of 95758 were the zip codes we selected for the mail to go out when placing the order at the staples location in Elk Grove. However, Annette from the corporate office from Staples stated these zip codes were not present after the order was placed by Heather at the Elk Grove staples location. Since our business is located in the 95757 zip code it wouldn’t make sense to pick any other zip code to send mail to. Initially I was offered a full amount of $3000 from the manager (Jason) for their mistake since he was the one to approve the order. Then I got offered a refund of only $332.00 from Annette and I requested Annette if she could provide a detail on how you have come to the conclusion of providing a refund of $332 when our initial order cost almost $3000. The refund of $332 is unacceptable without stating how you have come to that offer. We have communicated via email so many times since the last 6 months but have not come to any conclusion. Annette is stop responding to our emails or phone calls to resolve this matter. I am requesting a full refund which was promised by Jason as well or a thorough investigation of this issue as we are not satisfied with the result. Moreover, the promised follow-up and tracking mechanisms to gauge the campaign's success were nonexistent. I received no feedback on how many flyers were distributed, how many people engaged with them, or any other relevant metrics. This lack of transparency and accountability only added to the frustration and disappointment. Communication with the campaign organizers was also a major issue. When I attempted to address my concerns and seek clarification on the subpar performance, I was met with evasive responses and vague explanations. It seemed as though they were more interested in deflecting blame than addressing the legitimate grievances of a paying customer. In conclusion, my experience with this flyer ad campaign was nothing short of a letdown. From unfulfilled distribution promises to lackluster design and poor communication, the overall execution was riddled with shortcomings. As a business owner, I had expected a strategic and impactful marketing effort, but what I received was a subpar service that failed to deliver on its commitments. I would strongly caution others considering this service to think twice and explore alternative options with a more reliable track record.

Ordered a poster for same day printing, they said it would be ready by 5:30. I came into staples to pick it up at 5:30 and they said they were “backed up” and it would be ready for tomorrow morning. That’s not an option for me, why wouldn’t they call and inform me so I can look into other options. Horrible customer service.

Used their printing service for thank you cards for my guests. Ordered " same day business cards" (as i needed them small) on THURSDAY.. next day, FRIDAY, i get a call their "cutter is not working/ down and technician is unable to come through weekend". Therefore in my head Monday it will be ready. I call MONDAY, no answer, been on hold for 4 minutes and got cut off? I get busy, and call TUESDAY. Finally someone answers and confirms i can pick up WEDNESDAY afternoon, will work on it today (Tuesday). Gets there around 4pm and STILL NOT READY. Told it'll be ready by the end of the day 8:30pm. I was understanding and conveniently enough I didn't need them right away, and waited until Wednesday to pick up SAME DAY business cards. I was rudely told in store that "i don't know who told you that but they will be ready by the end of the day. We have not started on that order yet". No apologies for the inconvenience , no understanding of the concept same day. Simply tells me "you didn't call back until Tuesday so we did not start". Uhh?? I ordered it and have confirmation, I called Monday no one picked up the one, and was told to come anytime Wednesday. HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN.

I had Annie assist me in purchasing a chair and mat. I only had $200 cash. She went above and beyond to help me stay in budget and find what I need. She found a chair that was on sale for less than the listed price when she scanned it. She also helped me find the right mat. She also got me the Assembly Fee and Protection Plan and I even got change back! She was awesome! Ask for her! I wouldn't have been able to do this without her.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting your establishment. I wanted to order some custom puzzles using my images. Heather was very efficient and helpful even though there were interruptions and computer complications.Yes! phone calls and other customers wanting to pick up there orders. She was able to help me and everyone else in a seemless manor.Even though the computer was giving her problems she found a work around and got the order submitted into your system.During the busy holidays it is good having someone like Heather around who knows what she is doing.

I had a scheduled appointment for my tsa certification and drove 1.5 hours to get here. Upon arrival I was informed the person had left for the day. I was not contacted or notified and wasted 3 hours of driving for an important document for nothing. I won't be going here again.

Was passing through here yesterday to buy a few things on my way home from Roseville. It was 7:55 when I arrived It was 8:40 when I left. Store opens at 8 but still no one was there. Saw many cars in parking lot and a few walked up to door and peered in. They too left after a bit more of waiting. So I ask...what gives?Where was the manager?I would really like to hear back from customer service about this. Your business hours are posted outside...

Received really terrible customer service from the two ladies in the print center. Will never use this staples they are straight lazy! Why have a copy and print center if you can't print for customers had to go all the way to the Truxel location which were great!

I Placed an online order on 9/15 and was told by an email i received that it would be delivered ON 9/16/2022 and it was going to be delivered by a Staples Employee. I stopped by Staples in EG on 9/15 to see if I could just pick up the desk in which the employee called Staples Courier and was told I WOULD get my order on the 16th. 5 min before closing on 9/16 - I called the Courier and was told - it's ON the TRUCK BUT will NOT be delivered until 9/22 now! Not happy and will NEVER do another ONLINE order with Staples!

I love using Staples for some of my print services. The online ordering and customization process is simple. Then you can either pick it up in store or have the items delivered depending on what you order. The staff is always helpful and very nice. If something doesn't look right or needs updating they call with their suggestions and are very efficient. My orders haven't been late, they're usually done sooner than what's requested. I like their school supplies sales also!!

Brandon in TSA pre check knew he was wrong and admitted his fault. There was myself and one other gentlemen about 9:47AM. He came out and wrote both our names on the clipboard to check us in. The man's appointment was at 9:50 and mines was at 10:00. He proceeds to go through the process with him and while he's back there a lady rushes and barges all over and says I'm next right, I had an appointment but I was late because of traffic meanwhile she sits down and I tell her no your not next because my appointment is at 10:00 and I'm on time you can't just cut in front of people. She hovered over his desk area until he finished and he took her in. A male of color arrives and sits in the waiting area and 10 minutes later another man came over. After he finished the lady guess what he didn't go to the male of color first to check in his name but the other guy. When it was my turn I told him you know your wrong right because if it was me a woman of color who did that I would have been told to wait this person was here first, you guys always wonder why race gets brought up and that is why. If she was late that's her fault other people were on time and have a schedule for their day too. He said I know but she had an appointment. Thanks for continuing the racist cycle. If I would have escalated then I would have been the bad guy when it was your actions and unfairness that would have caused the behavior.
