This place does not know anything about customer service . Long story short we ordered clothing for the little one in store to be shipped to our home . It never came . They wanted to tell us that it's not their responsibility to make it right because the shipper lost the items. Instead made false promises and wanted us to dispute our card .. instead of just loosing a customer for life and making it right as a right off or I'm sure they have insurance for packages they decided to say F off .. this is why Amazon will win . Because I we don't have to deal with crappy sales managers and employees . And if the product doesn't arrive Amazon makes it right . Besides Amazon has same day shipping now .. place is really a children's place . Everyone working here is a child

Hey, Your services awesome and uniform fabric as well, but one thing is missing in your uniform and you thinking about what thing missing so you should create patch for your brand and school names logos on the pocket every side you can press badge and embroidery patch. so we make for you embroidery patch, printing patch, leather patch, sublimation patch, woven patch and pin badge for the schools uniforms. so no highly pricing is reasonable. I love buying from the Childrens Place online. This was my first time going here, it was by accident but nonetheless we were going to purchase items for our son. We accidentally switched up this store with Once Upon for clothing buy back, so when we came into this store with boxes of clothes all associates stopped and starred until I asked if this was the correct spot. They never said hello just said Once Upon was that way. Really can't wait to come back here soon to see how they act again. It felt like they don't customers right, but even saying hello and having an attitude. Will come back for sure to see if they've improved! So far, this is one of the worst places I have been to concerning customer service, so much that I gave a 1 star. Like I said, I will update when I come back.

Awful customer service. Had to do an exchange today for kids Christmas gifts, they wanted differnt styles of shirts. apparently this store doesnt do exchanges. store manager Janet was very rude and not helpful. Sales associate also very rude. No one says thank you here, or greets you as you come in. I do not recommend. Shop online if you really want their deals.

I think your better bet would be going a little down the walkway to either Once Upon a Child, Burlington, or Ross. I've gone for different things over the past 6 1/2 years. If they offer it in store, it is jumbled in the wrong area. The store is constantly cluttered, and looks like the CHILDREN come in to do the shopping themselves, and there are no adults to do the clean up. That might be the case. I went in earlier this year, and a little boy decided to hit me with a belt that he was playing with, and after I stared him down, he dropped it on the floor, and ran away. That's how the whole store looks. They're missing the opportunity to carry more uniform items, in store. No one wants to wait 2 weeks for clothing, like we are ordering from the JCPenney catalog, like it's the 90's! They're expensive. The prices online are different than in-store, but they will price match. Just have to be a wise, prepared consumer. Come with your items in mind, SKU numbers, etc.

Use to go here all the time for my 3 children. Placed an order online for school was given a date of delivery 8/12 on 8/15 advised in route to Alabama called ups advised will not deliver on time. Passed 10 business days and still nothing advised refund and called and was completely harassed by rep Diego ID 181710 who prior to xfering me advised his ID was 1857304. This went unprofessional from the 1st contact at no point did this company take any ownership in not delivering on time but wasted my time I am not paid for to give me hell about not keeping there promise I requested call be pulled and only excuses were made. The package was delivered correctly and I moved without receiving the package which the children's place provided no solution after promising one. I will never shop with this company again only loss was taken was my children not getting there uniforms for the 1st day of school... I cold hearted company.

Love this place for one stop shopping for my kids but I prefer online shopping versus in store. People that shop in store have no regard for cleanliness. The workers try to keep up with folding but it gets out of hand. Also, they carry husky size and up to size 18 online.

This is one of my favorite places to shop for my little girls clothes. I just love all the trendy cute styles, great sales and awesome online coupons I receive each month. I also like the fact they will match online prices for in store items. Some of the items I purchased in store were cheaper online and they had no problem matching the price. I saved $60 the other night because of that. My customer service experience here is always amazing. Last night I had the pleasure of being assisted by two lovely ladies Ty and Sara. They were both very friendly and extremely helpful which made my shopping experience at The Children's Place even more awesome. Thanks ladies! I just love this place.

Never had this experience with the children's place, this location need to improve customer service and the place is a mess, never going back to this location. Carters had better customer service, I would never come back to this location anymore..
