Never had a bad experience at this location. The Manager Jeff is a great guy always on the floor making sure all customers are greeted and taken care of. The cashier Reem was very knowledgeable helped me save a few bucks. Their bathroom was also very clean

Ordered a good office chair and paid to have it assembled. When I got it home found it was put together wrong, can't raise/ lower seat. Phoned and connection was full of other voices talking louder than staff, could not communicate. Call to let me know chair was ready was almost inaudible also. I can't get the chair back in the van by myself so can't get it fixed until tomorrow.

The manager Omar was so chill, helpful, and understanding. Just now I was in the store making silly requests on behalf of my job, I felt bad but couldn’t change the situation and had to ask. He made it work and I’m very grateful! Thanks Omar!

The staff in the printing and shipping department are super rude toward black customers . They keep you waiting around and looking right at you for 10 mins and than walk over to tell you the department is closed . Please go some where else

Hours on yelp appear inaccurate but they were open today, Thursday. I like that they were open at 8:30am. I went to photocopy docs and Henok was super friendly, professional, and helpful. He was even able to multitask helping 2 people at the same time! Thank you Henok!

You can find better prices at Walmart, but most of the stores are a TOTAL MESS! Good luck finding items in stock! They usually only keep office items well stocked right before school starts.I have been shopping at the Emeryville Office Depot for years. The store is ALWAYS clean, organized and well stocked!!I have never had a problem finding things in this store and if I can’t, there is always someone to help me.If I end up paying a little more, that is better than driving all the way to a Walmart, wasting my time and gas only to find that they don’t carry, or are out of stock of what I am looking for.As far as Amazon…I DON’T want to pay for shipping. I DON’T want to pay a yearly fee to get free shipping. I DON’T want my order stolen off of my porch and I DON’T want to drive to a pick up location!I DO like going into a store to browse around and see what is available as well as seeing and talking to people.The cashier, Maneesha is super friendly and Charles is always asking customers if they need help. Great store for office supplies! The one thing I do miss is some of the quirky / fun things they would get for their Black Friday / Christmas sales.

I liked that I arrived with the photo of what I need without knowing what it is called in English or my language and they were able to help me very well. I also liked that on the office depot website I can search for which location I can find what I need. what am I looking for :)
