This place is amazing! Super clean and the staff is so nice and welcoming. Sasha did a fantastic job considering I didn’t really have a good starting point. I feel confident to wear open toe shoes now 😏 thank you Sasha! Can’t wait for my next appointment

Went for the first time today and had my first dry pedicure with Yulia. She was super sweet and really attentive! My feet feel sooo soft and look super clean. Loved it!!! definitely coming back!

I recently went to this nail salon and overall had a really great experience. The quality of the work was seriously impressive — my nails turned out absolutely beautiful! They paid close attention to every detail, from shaping to polish, and really took their time to make sure everything looked flawless. One of the things I appreciated most was how well they cleaned up my cuticles. They didn’t just lightly go over them — they really took their time and made sure my nails looked super clean and fresh. My hands honestly looked brand new by the time they were done, and I loved that extra level of care. The only thing I will say is that the appointment took about two hours, which was a little longer than I expected. I wouldn’t say it was a big deal since they were being so thorough, but if you’re in a hurry or on a tight schedule, just know it may take a bit. Still, I’d much rather them take their time and do a great job than rush through it. The salon itself was clean, welcoming, and relaxing, and the staff was friendly and professional the whole time. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for high-quality nails and detailed cuticle work. Just make sure to set aside enough time — the results are totally worth the wait!

I really like this nail salon and LOVE Jaleh! Nicest and best nail person ever. My only dislike is that it is usually hot in the salon and if they air is on it's only for a few minutes and then someone turns it off.

Dina at Nails Done is, hands down, one of the best nail techs in San Diego County. She is very meticulous when it comes to manicures, leaving no tiny bits of coticule behind. She takes her time and as a result my nails never chip and last up to two months (yes they grow out and it is the only reason why I get a new manicure). Two weeks in they still look fresh because Dina does such a wonderful job prepping the nail.
Not only quality is there, but Dina is also very creative. If you want to get nail arts done but do not know what, don't fret, she will walk you through options and you can come up with one together. In the last year since I've been coming to her, we created so many masterpieces from Wicked themed cateye nails, hearts & stars to classic pearl looking chrome wonders. Highly recommend the salon and Dina. I meanwhile, I will see you very soon :)

I personally can’t tell the difference between my regular $40 gel manicure I get at my regular nail salon to this one I paid $100 + tip, except that is dry and took much longer.
No better service or even a drink, which I get at the regular nail salon.

I have been going to Nails Done on and off for a few years now. There are always a few good technicians but they move on quickly, my most recent experience was the absolute worst mani & pedi I have ever received. The technician who did my pedicure was extremely rude, judgmental and pressured me into doing a type of pedicure I didn’t book ( without disclosing the price).
I don’t usually write negative reviews because people have bad days etc but after 1 week both my gel manicure AND pedicure were chipping and peeling off. This is totally unacceptable when I wasted 2.5 hours of my precious time and over $200 of my n hard earned cash. I had them done specially for an event and I had no time to redo them. I am still really upset. I called to ask for a credit or discount to fix my nails but management never returned my call.
I’ll be finding a new spot in north county, you should too.

I love this salon and Dina is so amazing. I have never gotten a better, long lasting, classy and stylish manicure like this. I am addicted. Dina is the nail queen and has the nicest personality too. Love my nails a game changer. Jennifer for a Pedicure is excellent also!

LOVE this nail salon! I moved to San Diego over a year ago and I'm so happy I found this spot. The staff is super sweet and attentive, all the artists are incredibly talented, and the atmosphere is relaxing and clean. I've worked with Anna in the past as well as Dina and both have never disappointed! I always walk out of there satisfied and can't stop looking at my nails. I HIGHLY recommend their nail salon to anyone looking for immaculate manicures and pedicures!!

Warning, the owners are not honest business people. I worked for the owners and when it was time to pay me over $1000, they ignored me and have declined to pay. They were happy with my services and I still haven’t been paid. Do you really want to do business with dishonest people?
