I went so I don't deal with this at home.The coloring was not applied evenly, a total of 20 minutes in between other clients, out of pocket $130, still have gray hair & was sent home to deal with a porion of it in tin foil, to deal with it at home, never done this, it's messy stuff & smells, chunks of hair came out. I really wish I hadn't gone. What I really wanted was a Hena conditioning treatment that covers the gray, that is what I initially asked for but took the hairdresser suggestion, not only did I not get what I was hoping for, but I was sent home with the task of dealing with washing the coloring out of my hair for some of the area that was real apparent didn't get the coloring,, as opposed to finishing the job at the salon. Gray still apparent at different areas & now the hair is darker in other areas. I'm really trying to stay calm about this, but definitely messy & spent a good chunk of change.My hair is now way darker then I communicated to the hairdresser I would like & repeatedly mentioned I wanted a lighter cooler than my natural chestnut hair, but now my hair is permanently ugly dark cheap dye color look, much more dryer than it was, weaker, & still with grey hair areas!The product used was a fake plant base labeled product & cheap, once researched it at home, unfortunately after the fact, I would've been better off doing this myself especially that I was sent home with tin foil in my hair to finish at home & deal with tdye mess ?, really unprofessional.Definitely upset, frustrated & feel played & stuck with ugly result, hair too weak to try & get this outcome changed to a different results ?Unfortunately I have no recourse as to this outcome because my hair now is in a much more frail conditio ?

I've been coming here to have my eyebrows done for almost ten years and cannot recommend it enough! I don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. Shalou does a great job waxing, tweezing, and waxing as needed to give you the perfect shape. My eyebrows look natural and she doesn't make them too thin, as was my experience when I went to another salon. Definitely recommend!

I actually struggled with whether or not to post this review but I feel it's necessary as I feel completely taken advantage of. If you see my other reviews you will see I am very fair, honest, and thoughtful of others. I have been to this salon a few times because it's at the very bottom of my hill. It's nothing fancy but the lady Shallou is so sweet that I continue to come for threading, my husband has had his haircut, and my daughter has had her brows thread. I also remember her doing my hair one day in curls and it ended up costing $30 which I thought was fabulous. I tipped her double because she was such a sweetheart. I always tip exactly how much she charges so maybe she assumed I'm rich. simply because it was super reasonable and Shalu was kind. I decided to book an appointment for my mom for color, facial very basic facial, and eyebrow tint. I said she MAY want kerotine But I would decide in person. I dropped my mom off at 10 AM. I decided Since my mom is elderly, I should probably go in and clarify exactly what services I wanted done before leaving. I walked in and gave Shalu a hug and said my mom definitely did NOT want the Katotene service that I said she may want over the phone. I explained that I wanted the most basic facial, hair dye one color, and eyebrows tinted. She asked if I wanted threading or waxing for my mother. I replied only if she could shave it because my mother hates pain and hates waxing and threading and was not comfortable with that. Shalu acknowledged me and then I said OK I'll see you in a couple of hours. Once again she said she would do the Kerotine if time permitted and I reminded her a second time and said "NO PLESSE DO NOT DO THE KEROTINE I DID NOT WANT it!" She confirmed she would NOT do it and would only do hair dye, brow tint , and facial. I decided to come back in a couple of hours. Shalu called and told me that she was ready at 11:40 One hour and 40 minutes later guess how much she presents me to pay? $550. Yep you heard me correctly. I was anticipating paying approximately 150 -200 for my mothers Services.This is what I always pay at other salons and in way higher end Salons than a mini mall. let me preface this with saying when I go to get my hair done in Beverly Hills and a facial it cost me less than this. I'm not even exaggerating. I am also there for many hours and this was a little over 90 minutes for all services that I did NOT want not ask for. I made it crystal clear that she was NOT to wax, thread or do Kerotine. When I asked Her why in the world she did all that when I specifically told her twice VERY direct not to do before I left the salon, she replied that she thought it was no simply because of time frame?!?! Typically, I would not pay anything close to this and I would not leave the establishment until they made it right. However, I had a very upset, stressed out mother who is here traveling from another state and I didn't want to make her feel badly because I was paying and my mom felt TERRIBLE as she didn't want any of that and also didn't want to leave me with an insanely absurd bill even for what was given. I feel this needs to be addressed and I feel completely taken advantage of and not listened to nor respected My mother is an extreme pain and crying as we speak because she went ahead and did the threading as I specifically asked her definitely not TO DO because my mom has never done any of that and hates pain My mom also said Shalu did not ask her if she wanted to kerotine at all but just started doing it after the hair dye without asking or knowing. The whole thing makes me sick. Do not take my kindness for a weakness. I was kind and tipped you double my cost of services all of those times because I thought you genuinely did a good job and we're sweet on my other three visits and extremely reasonable. I was trying to be kind. She charged me $200 for Keratin on a woman with hair about 8 inches long. How could she possibly do that in 30 minutes time anyway?! She charged me $150 for a basic facial

I found this place for threading! I am so happy I met Shalu who is so sweet , so nice and does amazing work! She makes your brows so clean and so manicured I jist love it. This is a pretty and clean salon 2 thumbs up ask Shalu!

Look no further for threading! This place is so nice and clean and everybody is wonderful. I got my brows threaded (and any unwanted hairs on face) from Shalu. She is great! I walk out and my brows look like a million bucks you have to come here AND very good prices! Such a score I found it. I am very meticulous about eyebrows I would never write a review if I wasn't happy! 2 thumbs way up ...1 name people SHALU
