Deposit money in atm and got a receipt saying error malfunction. Now have to wait until they audit the machine to get my money which takes 14 days . As soon as I get my money back im taking all my funds to my credit union bank which I have no problems at depositing money . Us bank is a joke

ATM stole my money $1,013 — bank manager decided to do nothing about it. Now contacting CFPB, BBB And DOJ, do not do any business with this place.

Stay AWAY. If you want a bunch of entitled, rude and disrespectful employees that all have the same energy then please go into this branch. The level of unprofessionalism I saw with my mom yesterday is unreal. Totally unacceptable behavior across the board. How these people have jobs is beyond me. Shameful seriously.. You lost a new customer ready to open up a pretty big account with you.

It was a quick and easy in and out. I had to go there to deposit cash. The staff was friendly and helpful. The mortgage lady offered to help since there was a small line for the teller. It's an easy location to get to and there's other stores and shops surrounding it. Among the other banks that I use this one is my favorite. If you're thinking about changing Banks this is an excellent Bank both in person and online. Smoothest banker I've ever dealt with. There's security checks are always on and they're always looking after me for unusual purchases or purchases outside of a certain price range. I always get notifications when any kind of purchases are occurring which are usually my own, and they also get notifications when my balances are too low.

Terrible. They are not giving their advertised savings rate, the branch is too busy to answer the phone, the 800 # disconnects after many rote prompts, the manager, Sam does not respond even when he verbally said he would send an email to me to correct situation, the banker was rude. Anything else?

I went there today to use the ATM outside. It didn’t work and when I told the people inside about the problem, they were extremely rude and told me they couldn’t put a sign up to notify people and that I would have to use the ATM inside.I basically said, “So that means everyone has to come and waste their time trying to make it work despite everyone here knowing that it doesn’t work?” The guy said, “Yes,” and was very dismissive.I tried to call and complain multiple times but no one answered and I was directed to the main call center where I also complained. The lack of customer service and complete lack of courtesy makes me strongly question my bank choices.
