My daughter had a great experience with the driving instructor Josh he gave her confidence and the education she needed to be able to drive on the road. The auto club driving school is worth the time and effort. Thanks to Josh for doing a great job.

This place is ridiculous!!! I waited almost 2 hours just to add a vehicle to my insurance policy. People who arrived after I did, we're being seen before me. Won't be back to this location!

I went to get my registration renewal at AAA in Escondido and Anabel was so helpful to me in the process , she even helped me to change my vehicle address on line for me and I was able to get autopay to take place for my AAA insurance. Thank you so much. Well recommended.

I would put 0 stars if I could. Their policy is not in favor of their clients but theirselves. Spent a week working with the wrong representative to only be told I have to continue to wait another week or go through my insurance company when I’m not at fault! I have no side view mirror and my safety is at risk everyday. Ridiculous! Get it together!

this place NEVER answers the phones, I was trying to book a trip to New York with the Escondido office, and the three times i called not once did they answer. so, I called the 800 number, and it took me to the one in Oceanside and I was able to book my trip through them. Jennifer Moore at the Oceanside office is awesome i will definitely use her again.

Josh is a great driving instructor! He taught my son and is now teaching my daughter. She has a medical condition (Type 1 Diabetes) and he has been attentive and professional with the details regarding that. He is clear, engaged and a great communicator. Thanks Josh! Darlene M.

The staff overall here are great! This review is pertaining to (1) particular insurance agent, Miguel Montoya. I went in to add my 2020 Chevy Bolt to an existing auto insurance policy. Miguel was assigned to assist me. He asked all of their standard questions and based on the information I provided, I was given a quote I could live with. He then proceeded to ask why my homeowner's insurance wasn't with them. I explained that in the past, AAA couldn't beat what Allstate/Pacific Specialty quoted me. He put together a quote that not only was lower, but also lessened my auto quote as well! Perfect right? Not really. He submitted my information to the underwriter and instructed me to hold off on canceling with my current carrier until it was approved. There was a claim that I had made 4 years prior dealing with a neighbor who caused my den to flood but wouldn't pay so I had to claim it on my own insurance policy so he wanted to make sure it wouldn't change my quote. I even gave him the Allstate agent's information to corroborate my claim scenario. Two weeks passed and I called and asked a couple of times if that quote was going to stay as is. Miguel stated it would and so I proceeded to sign on with them and cancel my previous carrier. Not more than a few days after, I received a letter from the underwriter stating they were not only raising my premium, but also forcing me to go to a higher coverage amount, thus being higher than my previous carrier's rate! My complaint with this agent is that even after I repeatedly asked about the quote he gave me and getting his assurance it would be what he quoted, I feel I got misled into switching my homeowner's policy. I asked what could be done and he replied they could cancel it, but I'd also lose the bundle rate applied to my auto insurance. I'm beyond disappointed and completely feel like he didn't have my best interest. After all, they work on commission and my policies probably made him a decent amount. If you are seeking any insurance from them, ask for another agent and ask questions over and over until you're reassured you're getting what they quote you. I for one, will be requesting I deal with another agent moving forward there.

I was hoping this location would be better than the Encinitas one but unfortunately it is even more incompetent. I walked in with all paperwork in hand to transfer a vehicle title after waiting a week after attempting to do this at the Encinitas location due to something "pending" at the DMV which prevented me from transferring the title. I went here hoping that I could just leave the paperwork with them to file and then pay the fee, I mean why wait? That's your job, AAA. On top of this there is an absurd $15 fee to transfer a title. Why exactly? AAA is seriously way worse than the DMV at this point. No "Get in line" feature before even arriving like the DMV has, along with no proper queuing system, they just call your full name in front of everyone. So I waited in line and then after talking to a lady who would not shut up about her cats, it was time for the $15 payment, fine except they only take credit cards or cash, no debit cards! So now I have to leave to use an ATM (they don't even have one here!), but I'm told I don't need to get back in line when I return. Well, when I return it turns out I need to get back in line! Finally a kid named Dennis calls me up and this is where things take a turn for the worst. I'm now presented with a $65 total fee which makes no sense and is my first time hearing it at this point. Apparently transferring the title has to do more with the license plates than it should, for example ordering the legacy plates but not changing the numbers really messed things up somehow. Also for some reason getting new numbers is cheaper but then I have the problem of the legacy plates being in the mail already and when they arrive they will be the old numbers and I will have to pay to change them AGAIN. None of this makes any sense. Overall it's a huge headache doing a simple task here when I should just be able to do this online at this point and I'm feeling enraged. Cannot recommend this place to my worst enemy. Get it together, AAA!

Josh was the best driving instructor we have experienced for my daughter's driving classes. He gives the best attention to detail, while creating a low stress environment. Though AAA needs more instructors overall, Josh is by far the greatest!

Friendly, fast service. Came here on a weekday and was in and out within 6 minutes. I needed to finish the transfer of title for my motorcycle and they were able to complete the process in minutes. Seamless experience. Highly recommend.

Went in today to deal with a title transfer. Was helped by Mary & her supervisor. Both were absolutely wonderful, timely, and accommodating.

Totally useless now. We came to notarize a one page standard form. I had it on my phone, but they refused to print it... Tried to renew a passport, but they do not do that anymore either... Full of staff, but no customers, and no desire to work.

Absolutely very helpful, had to register a out of state RV that I had purchased, they were very helpful, suggest going in the morning to avoid any wait time if your going for any car or rv registration issue, had to go twice, wait time was only about 15 minutes ?
