We've been at Felicita Montessori for three years, and it has been an amazing journey for my child. The teachers are warm, attentive, and truly dedicated to each child's growth. My child has thrived in such a nurturing environment, eagerly sharing new discoveries with us each day. The sense of community among families is also wonderful, making us feel connected and supported. I wholeheartedly recommend Felicita Montessori; it’s been a fantastic experience for our family!

I used to go to this school when I was 4-6 years old. Now I'm 11 and I have a few things to say. The educational matters were alright, but if you want your child to succeed in the future (with the help of this school), you need to pay a lot of attention to them. This facility was filled with teachers who didn't like people from different ethnic groups. For example, I'm a Mexican and Syrian decent. The teachers are much more respectful and loving to European children and they weren't as caring to people with different cultural background's. They were also unprofessional, I remember asking a teacher "Am I your favorite student?" and they said yes. That isn't a good example set for your children! I know, I shouldn't have asked that ridiculous question, but the teachers should have said they loved all students equally. In fact, my memory is cloudy when it comes to kindergarten yet, I can remember all the students asked the same exact question, and of course we were all young so we told each other. I guess we were all the teachers favorites! It did disappoint us all though. I remember I wanted to teach the kids the Arabic alphabet, but I wasn't allowed to! As an individual I don't find anything wrong with learning a language. Overall, this school is great if you are a blonde blue eyed person! I can assure you, you won't deal with any racism from here.(P.S. I can't write the best reviews since I have very little experience, but I hope you can see an image of what I'm trying to say).

My family has had such a wonderful experience with Felicita Montessori School. My son and daughter have both attended for over a year now. They're excited to go, and always talk about the fun time they had when they come home. The staff is friendly and professional. They also keep us updated with report cards and projects. My daughter was even singing a song in spanish that she learned from Ms. Angeles class. Keep up the great work, we appreciate you!

We chose this school because it was close to home, not a religious preschool, has experienced teachers, and is competitive in price when Montessori often demands a premium. It was actually the only preschool we ever toured, the decision was so easy to make. Our son attended all four years available, from 2015-2019. He was a very shy child (has outgrown that!) and didn't deal well with change, so we were pleased he was able to be in one preschool/kindergarten for so long. He now attends the charter school Community Montessori and is absolutely thriving. After he finished kinder, we came back two years in a row for summer camp, which is another wonderful offering that they have.Overall, it was a lovely, peaceful, and nurturing environment and I would recommend it absolutely.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this preschool. The director refused to allow an Escondido Union School District employee to work with my child on campus. Her reasoning was due to risk of COVID exposure, despite being fully vaccinated and practicing current protocols. I can understand not allowing parents/caregivers on campus, but to allow this to interfere with a child's education is unacceptable and a red flag.

It is a cute program and my children always brought home the most darling art projects. The staff was also very sweet.

If you care about your child's emotional, psychological, and physical well-being, you should NOT consider trusting this facility to care for your child. We had so many bad experiences with the staff, especially the owners/directors, that we had to pull our child out. The environment feels cold and chaotic, making it difficult for any child to thrive.

This school uses the full traditional Montessori method. The teachers are highly experienced and pay so much attention to personal detail. The campus is unassuming on the outside but feels like home inside. They have a beautiful outside play space and the classrooms are small and again very personal. Each season they adapt to the holidays and seasons and tie it into the lessons. My daughter has made friends quicly here and raves about school. She even puts her backpack on over the weekend and asks why we can't go to school. I highlu recommend this school for 3 to 6 years. This is a hidden gem of Escondido!

Our daughter has gone to Felecita for several years. She loved her teachers and was sad when she had to leave there to attend kindergarten. I plan on bringing my other daughter there as soon as she is ready. It's a fantastic school and they did a great job preparing her for elementary school.
