So somebody slashed two of my tires and I got my car towed home. Then I took the tires off myself and I took them over to Shorty's he put the new tires on for me mounted balanced it was about 120 bucks. That part of it was fine and good. Then I took my car over there later because I needed to change one more tire. They changed the tire for me. And then when they put the new one on he grabbed the tire and he shook it violently and was like oh look there's a lot of play this is not good. So he's told me wait for like 45 minutes when they could do something about it he said either it's a ball bearing or they can fix it for cheap for 25 bucks for me. The problem turned out to be that the person that put the tire back on didn't tighten the lug nuts properly. And so he basically armed me for $25. Wouldn't let me take my car out without paying 25 bucks for the guy to tighten the lug nuts when it was their own incompetency in the beginning that created the problem.

I just had an amazing experience at this tire shop. The staff there is so respectful and friendly, and it's a family-run business which I love. Not to mention, their prices are the best around. They did a perfect job with my tires and I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a reliable and affordable tire shop, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing people and work!
Right from the beginning of arriving all men were super nice and helpful! My AAA Agent that came to help with my tire recommended i come here as it’s a mom & pop shop and won’t have outrageous “weekend” prices!
My first time dealing with this issue and as soon as I arrived, they ALL helped me find the screws needed for my tire. They found it instead of me ? patched up my tire and leveled the rest and made sure they all worked as well! Truly the sweetest group of guys, recommending everyone come here!

I had the pleasure of being sent over to Shorty tires a couple weeks ago for my son’s car. They have been the upmost upfront wonderful service place I have dealt with in a long time. This is my new tire place and I will keep on coming here thank you so much for being outstanding and nice.

The dealer sent me to shorty tires, I had switched out tires and the tech made a comment about the tire sensors needed to also be switched.
The manager there was very rude had no customer service skills. Told me that I was causing problems and that if he wasn’t doing the favor for the dealer he would have sent me on my way, cause he doesn’t like to deal with customers like me. I was there for over 3 hours cause they could not figure out what the first tech. Did to disable the reading on the dash .
You does he thinks paid him . If I bought the car and the dealer sent me I’m the paying customer.
