Kristine and Sofie provided excellent customer service they were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The process for getting new passports was fast, convenient, and didn’t require an appointment I went in at 2pm on Wednesday. I highly recommend their services! Around the area!

Instead of simply informing me that my packages were stolen in the recent burglaries. The tracking info stated "In transit to the next facility. Arriving late." For weeks I assumed that my packages were going to be delivered. The staff seemed nice enough but this type of incompetence and ignorance totally outweighs any cordiality of the staff. Not to mention that our valuable items are being secured by a chain that can be easily cut and measures to strengthen the insufficient security have not been made. Do better!

Oh yeah Exeter post office the lady that delivers the mail at the Exeter Rancho Park need to start putting the mail in the right box I had a bill that was due on the 10th never received it now it's the 19th 20th are they going to charge me late fees shame on you

Laziest usps employees of all time. The last 3 packages of ours have been all beat up with 3 bottles all broken on one package. They throw our boxes down onto the ground hard every single time. (We hear the boxes slam) Do your jobs and stop being lazy incompetent workers. How hard is it to get out your comfy car seat and gently put these boxes on the ground. Most of them are extremely light to carry as well, no excuses!!
