Avoid This Dealership at All Costs
Do not buy a vehicle from this place unless you have a solid warranty—and even then, be cautious. They mislead customers and sell vehicles with serious mechanical issues. I purchased a Ford F-150 from them, and it’s been nothing but a headache ever since.
The check engine light came on just one day after purchase. They blamed it on using the wrong fuel—despite it being a turbocharged engine. I had a professional mechanic inspect it, and the real issue was leaking valve covers and broken seals, which caused oil to enter the engine. That repair alone cost me $500.
Soon after, the truck completely shut down on the highway. I had it towed to a Ford dealership where I was hit with a $5,000 repair bill due to a faulty wiring harness/electrical and other problems. Then the oil pump failed—another $430 gone. Now the catalytic converter issue still isn’t resolved. If the code doesn’t clear, that’ll be another $1,800, plus the exhaust manifolds are leaking and that’s another $2,000. Total of $9,730 just in repairs alone, stay clear go to an actual dealer that cares.
At this point, I could’ve put a significant down payment on a better vehicle—or rebuilt my old truck entirely. And to top it all off, the warranty doesn’t even cover the catalytic converter. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. Look elsewhere.

I drove from Reno to check out the truck(ram 1500) because when I called in the morning Sam’s brother said truck is in good condition and ready for test drive but when I arrived at the dealer, damn car wasn’t ready. It was in the back somebody working on it, replacing camshaft. Now it’s 21:45 pm. Just made it back in Reno nv.
I guess it’s my fault. Sorry excel. I apologized

Please always confirm with your mechanic that car is ready to test drive.

My son bought a car… there was oil on the stick and he bought it. On the way home it spun a bearing, ended up 3qts low of oil.. enough to seize the engine.. we had the car for 2 hrs and when called for help since we just bought it they told us there was nothing they’d be doing to help us…… don’t buy from these guys!!! Live and learn I guess
