Absolutely amazing team! My wife and I went to buy a car yesterday and were helped by Julio and Missy. Both of them were amazing to work with! We felt informed, not rushed, and confident in our purchase. The rest of their team was polite and helpful as well even though they were not the main person in charge of helping us. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car!

Just bought a 2025 F150. I would highly recommend Fairfield Ford based on convenience and stress free buying experience. The sales team was excellent. Patient, considerate, not pushy AT ALL, knowledgeable and they truly went out of their way to make sure I got a great deal for the truck with all the options I needed. Of all my car buying experience - this absolutely tops the list.

Great customer service. Symphony was fantastic to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, and helpful. We couldn't find exactly what we wanted, and she suggested we order the truck we did want. We were afraid it would be too expensive, and she said it doesn't hurt to find out. We were so surprised and very happy with the price! Symphony then took us through the ordering process, pressure free!! Once the order went in she kept in touch while the truck was being built and when it arrived was there to go over all the paperwork. Our new truck is all we could have ever wanted, and Symphony made the entire experience a great one. Thank you, Symphony, and thank you Ford of Fairfield.

Ford Fairfield (Brittany Fisher, that is) did a great job of finding me a 2025 Ford Maverick Lariat model after the Ford factory messed up my 2026 order, shipping me a vehicle (following a 2 month wait) that was NOT what Ford Fairfield had submitted to the factory. That was unacceptable by anyone’s standard! So 5 stars for Ford Fairfield, and 1 star for the factory. Hence the 3 stars.

Very friendly and professional staff, knowledgeable technicians fixed my seat ventilation system perfectly on my 2022 Ford F-150 platinum. Jacob at customer service is awesome: he was always patient, friendly and polite, very professional guy. I recommend Ford Fairfield to anyone. Keep up the good work!
