Just horrible. I’m here at 3:00 AM and they are closed. Why would you say 24 hours when it’s not 24 hours? Why do you have to be such a liar? Why do you have to be this useless?

Don't use the car wash. It scratched my car very badly on the rear bumper, and it is "use at your own risk." They won't do anything to help you. Very disappointed.

Hands down THE best convenient store ever. They always have some of the best deals around and oh boy did they always get some great drinks there. The workers there are some of the friendliest people I've ever talked to. Highly recommended for surrrrrre

I see other people mentioning that they received bad customer service from the ladies at the counter, I don’t know if I was lucky or something, but they were very friendly to me. At least for me, the experience at this Loop went perfectly fine, I hope people receive the service they deserve. Other than that, the store is big and they are stocked up on a lot of things which is great. The bathrooms were also pretty clean too. Grateful for the service and for having bathrooms cleaned properly.

Me and my wife like to get coffee here because it's awesome they have great friendly ladies in the mor ings they are always kind and polite . They always make us feel welcome.

I arrived at 9:45pm the sign in the door said “please use window” so I rang the bell at the window. The woman at the window was rude, was mouthing “we’re closed” but the hours on the door says 24hours.

Drive drive line is long at Starbucks is 8 cars in front of us when we got to Starbucks next to loop neighborhood market and Is not on google maps and no one is at the drive through window and one of the cars took forever. To order That’s why I’m rating loop neighborhood market because Starbucks next door it is not on google maps.

Management needs to know the games the workers here are doing, lazy workers don't want to clean their toilets and they will just post a sign that it is out of order, have been here many times past few months and it always happens like already 5 times in different times, 1 star is not even worth it, lazy workers no customer service.

I arrived at 2am just got off work needed allergy pills really bad....the sign on the door said please use window I rang the window bell and the clerk said “I’m on lunch I can’t help you right now “ why not put a sign that says on lunch??? The morning shift is great the night shift is not!
