Rented a unit in Fairfield Ca under very sad circumstances 2 1/2 years ago. The staff that rented me that unit is the exact same staff that was there when I emptied it, Tanya and she was amazing. Helpful, friendly, and efficient. The unit was clean and after over 2 years no pest droppings or dead vermin. Thank you Tanya for the well managed facility on Walter's Court.

I have had a storage here for many years for holiday items and personal items. It is a clean location and the staff have always been so friendly and helpful. I do recommend. 10 out of 10!

Finally had to breakdown and get a storage unit for all of the holiday storage bins we have collected over the years. After doing some research we settled on storage guys. The facility is clean, the units are large and well maintained. We got a unit that was inside and it was well lit. The onsite manager was great to deal with. The entire process took less than 20 minutes.

My experience there was fast and friendly. I had just moved into town and needed to store a few things. I made a reservation online, but when I arrived, Tanya made a suggestion that made more sense. She made the process very easy. I highly recommend them.

I've been here twice now. First time over 2 years ago and today. This place is amazing.
Both times I've made a reservation in the middle of the night and had my unit ready when morning came around.
Interacting with Tanya and other employees have always been pleasant. Processing my reservation has always been smooth and simple. Great customer service!
For both times I've been here, there's always a move in deal and some form of compensation for making reservations in the middle of the month.
Had my things stored here for a month or so last time and never had any signs of damage from pest when taking my things out
Overall, it has been a hassle free and smooth experience
