These ladies Rock! We use The Clean Out Crew for our rentals and our Property management company. Communication is always easy, prices are are fair and clear. Many times they have been flexible on getting a job right away when they are booked ahead. Great attitudes and jobs professionally done. Windows, hauling, emergency clean up.. vacancy cleaning. I think Raney is good but some of the people she hires are questionable. Keep a close eye on the crew if you don't want them to throw away items that are valuable or have special meaning to you.

Crew did an OK job removing some of the clutter. Unfortunately they disposed of new, useful, and important items too. I am very unhappy about some personal items that are not replaceable. They also threw away good utilitarian items that I now have to pay to replace. I was unable to be there during clean out. The person who was there was only able to keep an eye of some of the workers. It was not possible to watch what everybody was doing. Crew did not do any cleaning. They only did disposal. I think if a customer is able to keep a close eye on the crew, they will do a good job and they are fast. But just remember to make sure they are only throwing away what you want to throw away.

We needed help cleaning out 2 garages and the Clean-Out Crew was excellent. They were fast, efficient and reasonable. They even offered to take another load for us because there was still time left on their basic fee. Breezy and Rainy, the two ladies, were very friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend them.

Breezy comes highly recommend in this county and has been a hard working person her whole life. Details are everything and so is a clean house and home. I appreciate her happy disposition and would definitely call her for a job because I know it will be completed professionally. You have to know who to trust in this community and this company is worth recommending. So call Breezy and go ahead and take the day off for yourself in the Redwoods .

Rainy and Breeze were able to help me on a short notice basis. They were flexible in their ability to accommodate my time line.They showed up on schedule. Busted their butts, in the rain, were able to pack even more good "stuff" into the trailer for me.Highly recommend these two women for your move out needs.
