My computer was doing something weird I didn't understand so I dropped it off in the morning. When I called to check on it later, Dimitri got on the phone, figured it all out and fixed it super quick so I had the computer back for my work retreat out of town. Excellent communication and service!

Ferndale tech is amazing. the business i work for had its Wi-Fi go out and it was an emergency our business can not function without internet. Suddenlink told us they would not be able to send some one out for almost a week Ferndale tech came out immediately and got us all set up. i will be telling everyone about them and how great they are.

I nneeded some help with a gaming PC for my son. Ferndale Tech took it right in and started working on it. The very next day we picked it up ready to go! The price was unexpectedly low too! Great people who we have made our Go To Computer people! I highly recommend this place for anyone!

I would give 100 stars if I could. Our internet went out today at my job. I spent 1 hour on the phone with Suddenlink- trying all the troubleshooting, etc. With no success, they offered to send a tech out a week later! I was feeling very frustrated at this point, and decided to try other options. I called Ferndale Tech and Demetrius was there within the hour. He is very professional and smart- taking the time to explain everything to my team without making us feel stupid. Everything was back up and running in no time. We are very grateful for his help today- Thank you Demetrius! p.s. The charge was very minimal for all the effort he put in.

We bugged out of our home base in Pleasanton, CA and drove up here to get away from the smoke from the fires burning in the Bay Area and in our haste, I left the power cord for my monitor at work. I called a few places in Eureka and then found Ferndale Tech. We are camping at the fairgounds, so I drove over and bought a power cord from them. They were going to charge me $1, but I gave them $5. It was well worth it to save me driving and looking elsewhere. Super friendly folks. You should stop by an support them if you are vacationing in the area.

This place was a real life saver. I was having all kinds of issues with my computer, and called in to find out if it was something they could help me with. I was able to bring my computer in THAT DAY, and they probably would have been able to fix it that day, however I got there around 4:45 and they closed at 6. However, they still very patiently worked with me and our frustratingly awful computer, had the parts needed for an upgrade, and reinstalled everything. Also able to help us out with smaller issues over the phone, which is really helpful when you are tech challenged. Jess is wonderful!

Demitri is a life-saver! Well at least my sanity-saver. One phone call to him about my email not working correctly and he knew exactly what the issue was before I was done explaining it. A few minutes later, the problem was fixed. Thank you!!
