The stylist I have right now is great. The reason for the rating is the shady business practice. They push their memberships on you and push coming in every 2 weeks, even if it's not appropriate or not needed. They try to push appointments and even incentive booking appointments with raffles, but do not respect anything less than the top tier membership. If you have the once a month membership, they do not book your appointments properly to ensure you credit can be "pulled" and applied, which I found out the hard way today when the receptionist told me that it was "too early" to apply my credit to my previously booked appointment. So I'm told this after the fact and forced to pay out of pocket, and then they have the audacity to try and push a higher membership on me. I have a horrible taste in my mouth for the complete lack of respect and service as they had ample opportunity to notify me in advance, and they also keep your card on file.

I got my eyelashes lifted last Monday, they didn’t even hold a week , I didn’t get them wet for 48 hours even . Nothing against the lady that did them . She was super nice . But I felt like I just wasted my money & im super disappointed.

I scheduled an appointment for a full face and brow wax for myself and a eye brow wax for my son. My son is 19 years old and is special needs/autistic and it was preparation for his older brothers wedding so I thought that we each would have it done. When scheduling the appointment I requested a double appointment to allow for each of us to have our procedures together. Upon arrival the receptionist was nice and I noticed another individual in black scrubs that would walk back and forth from the back and then just proceeded to sit next to the receptionist and talk, all while I was waiting for my appointment. Ten minutes later, twenty minutes past our prescheduled appointment we were called by the same person in the black scrubs for our procedures. My son and I proceeded to walk back and she stopped us in area of the waiting room and just past the first door and said, "you both can't be in the room together, its a fire code issue". I explained that my son was special needs and I booked the appointments together so we could be in the same room so he could be comfortable during the process. She instructed us to , "Just wait here". Him and I waited in the waiting room/hallway unbeknown to what was going on, where she had went and what was happening. The receptionist than asked, "do you need something?" I told her we were waiting for someone or something but I have no idea what is happening. That same person in the black scrubs walked right past both of us again, sat back at the receptionist area and told the receptionist, "Can you explain its a fire code issue, she cant have him back there with her." For the sake of not wanting to repeat myself again that he is special needs, I had requested a double appointment and the sake of time since we were flying out to the wedding the next morning at 4 am, I explained to my son that I guess we are being told that we can not be in the same room together during our wax appointment, and asked him if he would be ok sitting by himself in the waiting room while I am out of his site. It was a bit like we were singled out and the whole waiting area of other customers was seeing this all play out. I have never been ashamed of my son's condition but I was embarrassed, amazed how we poorly we were being treated and felt like we were being singled out. My son agreed to wait in the waiting room by himself and she walked me back. Once I layed on the table to start the brow wax, she slid her chair, hitting the table that I was laying near my head. She followed by a disingenuous apology. She then noticed that the hot wax machine was not working and was broken, instead of offering another service, instead of seeing if there was another working machine, she said, "oh this isnt working, you can reschedule or go next door to the threading shop." The machine may not have been working but with out a doubt, for some reason, she did not want to do the service. I got up and my son and I left. To say the service was horrible and the experience was bad would be an understatement. I've never experienced such poor customer service. That was my first and only time that I had ever been to the establishment and I will not be going back ever. If you happen to have or be an adult on the spectrum I do not recommend this place. The staff needs a class in learning to be unbiased and to treat people just better all around.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this place. I went there once for a lash extension and was unhappy with the service and the quality of the job, so I called and canceled my contract immediately. Despite this, they have been charging me for the past two years without providing any services! This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. Be very careful, people! Terrible experience and customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

MEMBERSHIP SCAM ALERT! This business tries to not accept your cancellation and keep your membership going even if you don't use it. They charged my account over 9 months AFTER I tried to cancel and they said they would "freeze" my acct but they never did. 9 months later and still trying to get my money back - so small claims it is. Very poor customer service.

I am writing to express my frustration with my recent experience at this studio. I had scheduled an appointment for an eyelash extension several days in advance. However, on the day of my appointment, just a few hours before my scheduled time, I received a call from your salon. I was informed that the stylist would not be available for a full set and that I needed to reschedule.
I was extremely busy, so It was very difficult for me to find time for such appointments. Moreover, I had a big event at the weekend, so getting my eyelash extensions done on the original date was crucial for me.
I was told that if I did not confirm the new schedule immediately, I would be charged a 50% fee. This is highly unfair as I was not the one requesting the change; it was due to your salon's scheduling issues.
To make matters worse, the person on the phone, instead of addressing my concerns professionally, spoke to me condescendingly, calling me “honey” in a sarcastic tone. This was very disrespectful and added to my frustration.
I have had a previous bad experience at your salon where a basic-level stylist clumped 2-3 of my natural lashes together with false lashes, causing my natural lashes to fall out. This time, I specifically chose a master stylist to avoid such issues.

Minnie was extremely rude! She needs to have an attitude adjustment. She should not be allowed to jerk and snatch at clients faces under the false pretense that she is “checking” lash tech’s work. She also needs to make sure her appearance is acceptable when she is on duty. The male lash tech I had was absolutely wonderful and he should be teaching her. Minnie fix your attitude when you’re at work.

After 72 hours i had half the lashes on my left eye fall off when i went in for the removal they charged me 40$ to remove the lashes that were already falling off my face.. very poor quality spent 200$ to have no lashes 3 days later is a joke! The manager wouldnt waive the removal .. understanding i paid for the service i didnt ask for a refund.. but not waiving a removal fee after these lash weren’t installed properly was just unprofessional .
Per response to your reply it would have been different if someone actually said that they wanted to refill my lashes NOONE did.. but what is the point if they didnt last 72hours ? I signed up for a membership because lashes was something i wanted to continue to do .. but giving the install of the product and the lack of communication it is best i cancelled.. comp a 100$ refill or credit a 40$ Removal based on the quality of the install.. whats funny is that i didn’t even ask for it the rep up front did because she knew that it was a unfair circumstance. And when the MANAGER refused it.. it was like wow.. your perspective on the situation wasnt considerate.

So I had a lash service on 05/24/24 and the lash tech that I had was AMAZING! He lashed EXACTLY as I described and we had wonderful conversation the whole time. However, Minnie was so rude and passive aggressive. She kept coming in the room and her tone was very rude to the lash tech. When I first arrived she was pretty sour to me and I declined to speak with her because I knew something was off. She entered the room and was turning and shifting and jerking my head around "checking" the lash tech's work. She needs to be replaced if that is the attitude she is going to have towards clients! The male lash tech was wonderful and I go where ever he lashes! Amazing lash lost a customer!

After 4 days of having them one side fell off and the other stayed. When I went in to get it fixed the lady was gonna charge me $69.99 for touch up. She did not do a good job. She was very rude and charged me alot. She said I was in a rush and that it's my fault not hers. But only one side fell off not the other so idk how it's my fault. I spent $200 for only 4 days of having them on. She should've told me when I first went there that if I'm In a rush to reschedule for another day and I wouldn't have spent $200 only for them to fall off in 4 days because she was rushing it.
