Prices are usually great but when I call they for sure could be more courteous on the phone and have less attitude. My prescriptions keep them in business and a paycheck in those pocket. I was very courteous and respectful in asking for help.

What has happened to the size and quality of Costco's roasted chickens?!?What for years have been outstanding 5# juicy golden brown taste treats, have now become shrunken, dry, splitting apart poor excuses for roast chicken!!!!

3 pumps per aisle at the Costco gas station, we were in and out within less than 30min. This is our go to gas station when traveling to and from Tahoe. It's affordable and the service is very quick.

Service is always great here. Still not consistent. But overall I can't complain. Guys at the door while ur coming in are welcoming. Come here positive, register is negative, and leaving the place with positive receipt checkers, therefore ending your experience positively . Quality selection of beef, fruits, veggies. Clean place but overly crowded. Return line needs room and help when it's busy especially setting the line. And not clashing with customers leaving. 4 stars for doing what is standard and not many staff around perform above and beyond on customer service. Wow factor are the people that's there checking ur receipts. They are Nice, kind, and happily smiling.

This was my first time to this specific location and I liked all their options for snacks and drinks! Seemed like they had quite a few things that I haven't seen in Elk Grove before so that was nice. The setup is basically a mirrored version of Elk Grove so I was able to find everything easily. I also tried out their new chocolate chip cookie. It was good but nothing special, I think it's just good for the value since it's pretty large! Then I wondered if they just warm up the ones they already sell in the bakery in packs... Either way it's a good option if you're just looking for a classic single cookie. The workers here didn't seem as friendly though, maybe I caught them on a bad day. There wasn't even anyone at the entrance, and the cashier didn't even say hello until I said hello first. The person helping the cashier looked at me like I was weird for setting all my items with barcodes out instead of thanking me but whatever... Anyway I wouldn't come here often because of the distance but it's good to know they have some other items if I want to switch it up once in a while.

This is our Costco. We love it! It's well-lit, the employees are hard workers, and we're used to it. We love the pizza, but it's honestly one of the most unorganized systems. You really have to advocate for yourself, especially when it's busy, or else they may never call your number.

The Folsom Costco location seems bigger than average to me-- or, at least, bigger than the one that I used to work at (Rancho Cordova), and bigger than most of the other Costcos in the Sacramento area. At my store, we only had half as many rotisserie chicken ovens as the Folsom location does. (And I would know, since I was the Rotisserie Chicken Girl.) For years, I had this (bad) joke that I would never spend my money on a Costco membership, because, as a former Costco employee, I had already given them enough. As it turned out, I was willing to swallow my pride for a great laptop sale. I spent weeks deciding which laptop to buy. In the end, it was between Costco, Best Buy, and the Lenovo website. Some of the Costco versions of the computers I was looking at came with extra specs, like expanded solid state hard drive space, better graphics cards, and free antivirus subscriptions. I had my heart set on a fully convertible Yogabook, which came loaded with a touch screen, highly durable case, all the digital tools I need for school, and some fun extras for content creation. I don't want to get too specific about which laptop model I chose, but, let's just say that I got an extremely good deal. Fortunately, if I change my mind, Costco has a 90 day return policy on laptops. (Most places only allow 14 to 30 days to exchange any kind of electronics.) Shipping the laptop to the store from the warehouse was free (I ordered online), and, should I decide to return it, then, the return shipping will also be free. Before I purchased my laptop, I had stopped by to look at a similar model in store, and was very pleased with the customer service from the technology department. The technology associates who work at the Folsom location are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, but without being overly pushy. Aside from my laptop, I have been finding great deals on everyday household essentials such as Febreeze, almond milk, pasta, rice, paper towels, etc. Overall, this is a decent location, and I love shopping here. It does get very busy, but I've never had issues with parking or excessive lines.

A shout out to the Optical department! I ordered eyeglasses today and the assistance I received from Clayton was stellar. It was a bit slow at the time (11am) and Clayton come over to assist my friend and I with frame selection. He measured me and determined what size I should be looking for. I never noticed width sizes before. Then he fished out numerous frames in that size in a drawer until I found a pair that fit and looked right. He completed the rest of the measurements for ordering thoroughly and efficiently. I really appreciated Clayton's service and Costco's pricing.

One of our favorite places to shop. Reasonably priced, reasonably busy, and very nice employees. You can always find what you need, and more. Only complaint is that the carts aren't big enough! Very full cart +pizza for dinner for $620 10/5 food court 10/5 bakery 5/5 pharmacy 5/5 products 5/5 employees 4/5 gas station (very busy) 3/5 tire shop (somewhat difficult to get help, had issues in past with incorrect installation) If you're interested in local reviews or travel content you can find us on most socials @SunseTourist

A smaller Costco stores but still features an abundance of options. There even seems to be smaller store options missing at the bigger big box locations. Food court is outside. Certainly worth the stop if you need a concise shopping experience.

Y'all make it difficult to order online. Website say it's in stock but order is canceled after being placed. I know y'all don't control online, but y'all are part of the business. This info has to go somewhere and it's going on your profile for now...

LOVE their flooring! Used 3x now. Once self-installed. Cameron at S&G was our representative and is very knowledgeable about the options and value. Saved a LOT! Folsom Costco customers since its Price Club days. Never had a problem and staff has always been helpful. Jean

UPDATE 2: A tech I didn't recognize, Brie(who's tag said she'd worked for costco since 2007), was SOOO horrifically slow. Probably because she was too busy complaining about the register and whisper gossiping with one of the other girls, but still, you'd think someone who'd worked there for over 15 years would be able to run a register while she runs her mouth...UPDATE: IF THE TECH ISN'T WEARING A NAME TAG, PREPARE FOR THEM TO BE RUDER THAN IMAGINABLESome of the techs are so nice! They don't deserve to work in a place where it is managed so poorly that even if you call the day ahead, your prescription won't be ready.
