Richard Ducy Was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went over my car and gave me an instimate without an appointment. He got my car in and out within three days and worked around my schedule To drop off and pick up. I knew they would wash the exterior of my car but it was quite a surprise to see that they actually detailed the inside of my car, when the work was completed as well.

The white paint on all doors of our Tacoma was cracking and peeling. I took it to Folsom Lake Toyota Collision Center for repair. When picking up out truck, we immediately saw that they did a fantastic job! They made sure the paint on the front fenders and hood matched the repainted doors. We are very impressed with quality of their work!

I had wonderful experience. My Toyota looks amazing and they were very helpful out there with my Toyota getting it fixed. I would suggest people to go there to get their Toyota’s fixed. They would have a great experience with customer service and their vehicle being fixed.

The work was great. The damage to our car was extensive and it looks great now! My only criticism was how long it took. They quoted two weeks and it took six weeks. And this was before Trump was elected to screw up the entire supply chain!

The work was performed in a timely manner. However, the end result of the newly installed and painted panel was mediocre at best. The edges of the panel were not sanded smooth and are rough to the touch. There are also numerous areas, 12+ spots that I counted, where there is some type of dust or debris either under one of the final coats of paint or clear coat(s). This will need to be rectified. As there is a standard of workmanship that is to be expected. Especially from a dealership collision and repair center.

The approach/conduct from the staff at Folsom Lake Toyota Collision Center was immature, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. Their approach to doing business was quite disappointing. Being left in the dark with zero communication on what was happening or having any kind of follow-up, to inform me on my transportation back to the site, from work was unappreciated. It added an immense amount of unnecessary stress and complicated things beyond belief. Don't take your car here. You're better off going to one of the dozens of other body shops in the area.
