The owner, Mr Kashuba,, was responsive in a timely manner and listened to our needs. This moving company is professional and clean. All of the employees were cognizant of my fragile boxes and moved all of our furniture etc with care. Thank you so much for making a stressful time so easy!!!!

If I could choose no stars I would. Worst moving services that I've been provided. I would not recommend or refer them even to the homeless. Between missing item, damaged furniture unprofessional customer service save yourself and look for business somewhere else.

I hired this company for a move based on the mostly positive reviews and was very quickly disappointed. The receptionist was friendly and helpful when I booked the move. When the movers showed up the foreman was wearing slides for shoes and one worker barely had his pants on. They had been clearly smoking in the truck and proceeded to smoke around the truck with my belongings inside the truck throughout the day. I got many complaints about how much stuff I had even tho I was very clear about the size of my house when I booked the move, I also received complaints about the move taking all day even tho I booked the movers for all day. The foreman of the job decided to move what he called a “beast of a dresser” down the stairs with who he admitted later was new and he’d never worked with him before. They decided to tip the dresser down to the new mover waiting on the stairs - he didn’t have it. The dresser came crashing down the stairs. It put 5 holes on the wall along the stairs, ripped the carpet to the wood, scratched the banister and the wood floor at the bottom of the stairs and put a bowling ball sized hole in the wall at the bottom of the stairs; not to mention the dresser was destroyed. We started out as very understanding, things happen, we were lucky no one was hurt. The movers though then proceeded to argue about what happened tho for about an hour. When the “owner” called to discuss the damage he immediately had attitude and never apologized for what happened. I was told he had 30 days by law to fix the hole, and he’d be doing it himself. Clearly a contractor was needed for the amount and type of damage we had. He proceeded to be argumentative with me and told me “to loose the attitude”, it was unreasonable of me to want work done sooner than 30 days, and as “a woman maybe I wouldn’t understand how hard it is to find a contractor these days”, and I should “get over” what happened “these things happen” when you move. The foreman proceeded to tell to tell me it was the new guys fault not his. When I pointed out that as a foreman he should’ve moved the “beast of a dresser” with a more seasoned mover that he’d work with before - he rolled his eyes and walked away. We found a contractor ourselves and billed the company. We never heard from them again after the initial day of the move, nor did we ever receive an apology. It took them over a month to mail me a claim form for the dresser when I was told they’d email it to me the same day as the move. Never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly as a customer, not only by the movers but the owner of the company as well. I completely understand these things happen and we are so lucky no one was hurt. But it is completely unreasonable to ever treat a customer the way I was treated and talked to in the manner I was. Someone should’ve come and assessed the damage that week as I requested, to get the ball rolling on fixing this as soon as possible for the new buyers of my home - to immediately state he had 30 days is ridiculous. As a single mom I splurged on movers for this move and so wish I hadn’t - it was the worst experience ever!

I have not encountered such poor service from a company in a long, long time! And when it comes to moving companies, I have moved 12 times, twice cross-country. This is the worst I have encountered! First of all, my original crew did not move us into the new house, which caused countless issues - they couldn't find our things, couldn't put furniture back together due to missing parts, and would not claim responsibility for the countless damage to our furniture. Worst part is that they prioritized my crew for another guy to get to Reno before the snow, despite our date being set for weeks. Super frustrating!! Then, they damaged almost every piece of our furniture...no joke! Things that took us years to buy, just destroyed. We moved from a 4800 sq ft home, so we had several nice things. Pieces scratched, gouged and filthy. Almost nothing was wrapped. Our boxes labeled as "fragile" were dented. Even plastic bins were broken. Absolutely zero respect for our belongings!!! I have complained, and was told we'd get "forms"...weeks later, no forms! I am going to the Better Business Bureau at this point. I went with this company because I wanted to support a local business during a pandemic. Could not be more disheartened! And since we have gotten no reconciliation or even return of phone calls and emails, I will make sure everyone knows about the abhorrent service we received!

The guy wanted to charge me 6 hours to move a one bedroom apartment from Cameron Park to Folsom. This includes an hour "double time drive" charge for a drive that only takes 15 min. Please explain how 8:45a - 11:15a and 11:45a -1:45p equals 6 hours? The workers were extremely slow and one of them left grease marks on my door and baby's crib.

We dodged a bullet with this company! Linda provided horrible customer service and has zero people skills. They called two days prior to our SCHEDULED move to say that can't provide the service anymore due to a staffing shortage. With all the stress that comes with a move, this was the last thing we wanted to hear. Instead of discussing solutions, Linda was very stand-offish, argumentative, and just have no empathy whatsoever. We chose this company because of the high Google reviews, but I should have read the Yelp reviews because we experienced a lot of the same issues that others have had with this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

These gentlemen work HARD! They moved us out of a three story home, stored items for just over a month, then moved us in to a two story home in another state. They were friendly, hardworking, fast, efficient, and careful. We worked with the Price Crew. They worked around schedule changes and street resurfacing issues at both houses. The office staff was easy to communicate with. This was exactly what we needed for our move.

We were quoted a price for moving our furniture and promised a cash discount and a discount for a local move. Prior to our move, we asked them to move boxes as well because the box van we were to use fell through. The staff broke a custom built wall display prior to putting it on the truck. At the end of the day we did not receive our discount for the local move and the charges were several hundred dollars higher that was quoted with moving our boxes. As we unpacked we discover our dishes were broken and the response we received from the company was "did you see them drop your box?". We won't recommend the services to anyone as they were slow to respond and forgot discounts. Plus the woman working there is very unpleasant to deal with when problem arose.

I have to give a single star. We were told the rate was 175.00 an hour, and we would receive a 15% discount for a local move and a 5% cash discount. After the move, we were told the 175.00 included the 15% discount and we would then receive the 5% discount. While moving the crew knocked over a custom made display and broke it. And as we unpack, multiple items are broken and the representatives have not returned calls.

The moving team was very professional and friendly. What was important to us not one piece of furniture was banged or damaged. Walls in the old and into the new place were not bumped or crunched. We are very happy with the overall moving experience with Folsom Relocation and Storage. If God forbid we have to move again we will choose this company. Highly recommended!

These movers were excellent. They cared for our furniture and house as it was their own. I would highly recommend this moving company. Chris, the owner, is easy to get ahold of and is very reasonable.
