It’s a Home Depot. And like every other HD, most tools and popular accessories are now locked down and require assistance to retrieve. Annoying, given the lack of any regular staff in the tool aisle. Easy returns, at least.

Staff not always helpful or friendly, depends who you ask. Biggest flaw of Home Depot is they don’t support wireless payments.

It takes mostly 10+ minutes to find an associate just to ask where I can find a product. Go to PRO Desk that would be a best shot.

Have to be honest, I dread trulying to get phone assistance at Home Depot, but I called the Folsom location and was connected to Charles Mann. He was absolutely amazing. Perfect service in everyway. Friendly, concerned, efficient, accurate, patient--but fast! Redemption! Thank you, Charles.

I went to Home Depot on a very busy day to purchase custom cut blinds. Mark in the flooring department went well out of his way to help me. He did an excellent job and prevented me from accidentally purchasing blinds that wouldn't have fit in our window space. Before him Mary and Cliff (prior employees) had also gone above and beyond to help me. Mark is a true asset to the store ensuring customers like me return again and again!
