Unsure the name of the driver who delivers to my neighborhood but I've reported them before and they've been stealing my packages for the past 4 months, 4 different deliveries were marked as delivered specifically to my neighborhood mailbox, none of them found even after inquiring about them.

Super impressed with the level of service at the Folsom CA post office!
Charles went above and beyond in helping locate a lost document.
It was inadvertently delivered to wrong slot and a neighbor dropped it at my home. Charles made the effort to drive to our neighborhood and search all 3 clusters and follow up daily, very impressive!!!

Brought in a package that word for word said it didn’t need a box, and I had it clarified with USPS Prior but then I come in here and this Mr Knows it all tells me that I’m wrong and i didn’t understand the instructions I was given, then guides me to the side to wait for 10 minutes, intentionally, while the manager, who’s even bigger of a problem, older Caucasian lady with curly orange hair, comes out furious, with the most sass you’ve ever seen in your life, telling me she can’t help me and that if I continue to stand there she’s going to call the “police”. USPS if that’s how you handle your customers, then may god be with this location.
Cons: Unsatisfactory and Rather Rude Customer Experience treatment

I experienced an unexpected heart felt surprise after being locked out of our subdivision mailbox.
To the folks who helped get things done at unprecedented speed and going out of your way for me, I am very grateful. You know who you are and I promise to pass on the good deed the next time I can. I came in this morning to verify my address and they are had an issue with the computers and RYAN worked hard to get the problem fixed. It wasn't the manager or anyone else stop taking credit for others people's hard work.. RYAN did an amazing job fixing the problem fast and helping others in between fixing the prblem
so we didn't have to wait for to long Thank you RYAN!

I came here shortly after it opened on a Saturday, This has been my only experience here but it was entirely positive. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well stocked.

Bought a kpop album that came with a postcard, and found out it was too big to ship as such. The person who helped me figure out how to ship it safely was Cleo!! She's patient and caring; I hope my friend gets her package soon~ ^^

Other places like FedEx and UPS mailbox stores they have tape available. I had no choice but to buy tape so I could ship my tube and the ends not fall off, but you guys are so greedy. You gotta charge me.
