Great customer service from the owner and from Osvaldo. No matter how many times I called or how many questions I had, they were more than happy to help me and answer all my questions. They keep you informed with updates and progress on your vehicle. I went to have my front fender dent repaired and wheel well trim replaced. The estimator came out and said the trim is no longer available and discontinued. Then said to look for the trim at the junk yard. I replied that it should not be on me to find this part that was damaged by others. Which he was not truthful about since the Toyota dealer has them for $128. Because he was being untruthfulI I started becoming uncomfortable and and my tone changed some. When he noticed that, he started to lecture me about how I was reacting. So I asked him to stop lecturing me about being suspicious about his dishonestly. Then he angrily told me to leave and walked away upset. Very unprofessional. Although the agreement was that the repairs would be done right as if not ever crashed. If you want to be treated with honesty and respect, do not go there. This business is praying on people they feel are uneducated and will just agree to their own terms for working on YOUR car.

This body shop is very professional. I took my car in they advised me of the process and what to expect. When I picked up my car it looked brand new so happy how it came out. If you’re looking for a body shop I highly recommend this one!!! They have great customer service and the work is really professional.

I was in need of an auto shop for my truck that was in very much need of some professional care. This shop was extremely helpful when it came to fixing my truck. They always kept me updated with every step that was being done. Oswaldo was also very helpful with any questions that I may have had about the process. He dealt with the insurance for me. He pretty much took care of my truck like it was his own, I would definitely recommend. Hit them up for auto repairs etc .
